Great place, staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Egg sandwich is the best. Coffee/drink/ front counters were wiped down 3 times while we were there. Tables cleaned after people left. Thanks you.

No joke that may have been the best bagel i have ever had in my life. The wait was a bit long, but trust me it’s worth it! Plus, the staff are really kind and working as hard as they can, even on thanksgiving.

FRUSTRATED BY THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS!!!!!! Ive called corporate over and over but finally OMG.... we get good bagels from there. So good So fresh So made to the order I requested. The opposite of what it was. thank you so much. The management changed several months ago and it was clear as day there was a positive difference. Please tell me the old manager DID NOT GET A PROMOTION because they were a crazy person...

This is my husband and I favorite place to go together every Sunday. We have started making it a part of our routine on the weekends. the bagels are just that good. Most try the chorizo bagel for breakfast. It was some heat to it but oh my gosh we talk about that bagel all of the time now.

I especially love this location because the customer service is very attentive and prompt even when it's super busy so that's a prime example of how you're supposed to take care of a high traffic area with no excuses on failing on customer service so all you other restaurants and delis should take note of Einstein. I was disappointed because they took away the salmon spread which is one of my favorites however I have a second go to thankfully which is the almond honey spread, although it limits the different varieties of bagels I can try with it because it is sweeter so I have to go and purchase my own salmon spread out a separate grocery store nearby.
But the bagels and the coffee of the best!

Can you let the host know that a bakers dozen is 13. I ordered 6 French Toast, 2 jalapeño, the rest apple cinnamon. Got home and only recieved 4 apple cinnamon, when it should've been 5. The bagels are wonderful, just need to work on the service.

Service at this Einstein is great but they need to fix the front door. Every time somebody goes in or out the door slams shut and shakes the wall. It was so loud it was giving me a headache.

Love their Bagels, my favorite is the sesame with jalapeño spread and Tuna Salad .. OMG!...is soooo good!
The Hazelnut Coffee is the best!
Staff is super courteous, they always greet you with a smile and the place is very clean.
