Review Springs Cafe - Las Vegas

Jenelle Berrien
I visited the cafe on a Saturday afternoon with family. We specifically drove for the cafe after hearing a large number of reviews. It did not disappoint. The Cafe is outside of the Preserve so you don’t have to enter the Preserve to enjoy the amazing food. We were seated outside on a gorgeous day and it was lovely. We had the Vegan Bakon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Everything was absolutely amazing!! I plan to return many times because the food was over the top awesome!! The customer service was top notch and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. You will find plenty of free parking and the bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend this cafe!!

This place is a gem. Sitting out on the patio to eat on a lovely day with healthy food is the best. Thank you so much Springs Cafe!

My husband and I hosted our wedding brunch for 30 people at the Cafe in June 2023. We weren't charged a venue fee, which was so cool. The manager, David Moses, was absolutely amazing to work with. He hosted us for a lovely site visit several weeks before the wedding, and even provided some refreshments during our site tour. Leading up to the big day, David had awesome communication and organization so our wedding brunch would be totally worry-free. During our brunch he reserved a special section of the balcony overlooking the Preserve, and gave us dedicated servers so we could order our food table-side. The food, staff, and venue were perfect! There were so many options for our vegan and vegetarian guests and Littles. In addition, one of our favorite things about the cafe is that they employ people of all abilities from diverse developmental backgrounds. We absolutely loved interacting with their professional staff members, who put their best foot forward. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, David! We were so happy with our experience.

The coffee shop and associated pastries from Aspire are 5/5. The restaurant food is 3/5. Springs Cafe offers excellent coffee and pastries from Aspire Coffee Shop, as well as fantastic views of Downtown and The Strip. Despite the recent renovations however, the restaurant food remains just average though affordable.

10/10 recommend eating here while visiting the springs preserve!! My partner and I stopped here because we forgot to eat before and didn’t come prepared so this was a huge lifesaver. We shared “The Complicated Order” which was a turkey, avocado and bacon jam sandwich which was absolutely, and surprisingly, delicious. We got a cold brew coffee and a strawberry lemonade and both were great! It’s walk up service then an employee brings you your food, kind of like Panera bread, but way tastier. The employees were all very nice and were working hard, even on the slow Monday we had visited on.

Amazing food for a cafe in a preserve. Superb quality, fresh tasting, great service and a nice big interior huge enough for large crowds. Outdoor patio eating, too.

The Springs Cafe is exceptional. The quality of food, selections for the entire family and the friendly staff was impressive. We had the Complicated Sandwich and the David Special Salad. Both are highly recommended. They have a very impressive selection of beer and wine too! What an amazing place to have lunch and enjoy the incredible view of both the Strip and Downtown! Great experience!

The Complicated Sandwich with the bacon jam was Amazing!! The sweet potato fries were amazing too! Really loved the view of downtown and the food came out faster than I expected with how many people were there. All around great experience and delicious food.

New coffee spot and cafe inside the restaurant space at the Springs Preserve. Fantastic options for breakfast, brunch, and lunch (same operators as the Bronze Cafe), with excellent coffee (from Aspire Coffee). Their food leans heavily into fresh, veggie filled items on the healthy side, but with burgers as well. Service was quick and easy, tables were clean, and food was brought to us within minutes. We ordered a sandwich and salad, both were delicious. The Mexican salad was flavorful and fresh, with spicy croutons, and the sandwich was refreshingly crisp, however the vegan turkey was rather flavorless. The view from the balcony seating was second to none, and the best part: no music being constantly piped in. Just a peaceful, fresh dining experience with beautiful scenery!

this place is nice to just sit relax and enjoy a good meal. No matter if it's alone, with some friends, and even family.

Fabulous view and food, but the patio area is pretty noisy. The chairs make a terrible noise when moved and the birds are cute, but also loud. Inside is quieter. I still would recommend it!

Great View of the city. Plenty of parking and tables. Beautiful deck overlooking the park with Las Vegas strip in the background. Service was excellent.

Excellent place to grab a quick bite with a view. My wife and I will be regular customers for sure.

Visited today to attend a book club meeting and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of vegan options available! Thank you! Great views from the Cafe, inside and out. There was plenty of seating available at 10am.

The Kuta Angel Hotel was nice, clean, modern/trendyish boutique hotel.  Nothing too crazy or special.  We were only there a night so just went to dinner on the main strip and the beach in the morning.Nusa Lembongan. We stayed at the Mushroom Beach Garden Rooms.  We didn’t like it there and found ourselves hanging out at the Hai Tide Beach Resort.  We took a motor scooter for half a day ($4) and went to the bridge, which was fun.  Ate at Mama Mia, which was good and quite an experience.  Drive across if you are feeling adventurous.  We also went up to the other part of the island and would recommend searching for a better hotel there and checking out The Deck Cafe Bar, tho that north west strip of beach is a bit more “local.”  We went snorkeling off the north tip of the island which was great--warm water beautiful fish and coral.  From there the capitan took us to the channel in-between the islands, dropped us off, and picked us up a mile downstream.  That was also fantastic, being taken by the current, and a must do.  However the water was cold.Tegalalang

Springs Preserve  333 S. Valley View Blvd., 3 miles NW of The Strip, (702) 822-7700.  $18.95, 65+ $17.05, 5-17 $10.95; seasonal butterfly exhibit +$2-$3, under 2 free.  Owned and operated by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, this 180-acre site is built around Las Vegas Springs--the original water source for the town.  The preserve includes desert botanical gardens, museum galleries, an attractive outdoor concert venue, an indoor theater, an historic photo gallery, and almost 3½ miles of picturesque walking trails.  The gardens hold the only complete collection of Mojave cactus and succulents in the world.  A LEED Platinum facility, the preserve displays ways to live comfortably and green in a desert environment.  You’ll see rammed-earth walls, plus the parking area is in reality the reservoir’s roof and the parking area’s roof in turn collects solar energy used to generate power for the entire complex.  The Origen Museum displays a Native American Village, features an awe-inspiring flash flood pulsing through a recreated desert ravine, and additionally has an outdoor animals exhibit with a Gila monster, desert cottontails, and more.  I found  touring the small solar-powered DesertSol house particularly interesting, and kids are sure to enjoy the playground, Butterfly Habitat, and trackless train ride.  There is more, and spontaneous activities and interactive exhibits occur here and there.  Divine Cafe serves refreshing cold drinks and lunch daily, plus brunch on weekends.

There aren’t many restaurants more “under the radar” than Divine Cafe at Springs Preserve. It’s out of the way for most tourists visiting the Strip or Downtown and it’s a destination most locals don’t think of when looking for a meal, unless you’re also visiting the exhibits at Springs Preserve. Originally created as a catering and events company, Divine Events moved their kitchen and cafe from an industrial park in the southwest to the Springs Preserve space, formerly occupied by Wolfgang Puck. While catering is still the bulk of their business, the cafe is poised to make some noise. With a kitchen led by Steve Piamchuntar (former chef and owner of Nosh & Swig) they’re serving up some surprisingly good dishes for lunch and brunch.

While their food can be hit or miss, it’s a better lunch option than many other spots in the area.
