I’d give a 5 star review but for weeks their soda machine has been down. I asked the employee if he knew when it would be up and running he said he doesn’t know. I also asked if I should reach out to the owner he said that the owner knew. So I think it will be a while before we come in. We can’t take advantage of the “Happy Hour” kind of sucks.

I finally found a flavor combination that I like! I order the carmel apple shaved ice. It is so flavorful. The team behind the counter have been friendly with each visit and are always open for having me sample flavors before committing. Overall, I am impressed with the variety they offer... shaved ice, craft soda, smoothies, and frozen coffee drinks. I will love revisiting this location in the future. (Reviewed after my 3rd visit)

The shaved ice is delicious here! I wanted to write a review though to comment on the exceptional service we received while there. My daughter got her fingers caught in the door and was crying. They got us some ice in a bag and the manager came out to make sure she was okay and really took care of us. A worker also made her a snowball to take home, which felt good on her fingers and made her smile. It's nice to see kindness in places nowadays. We will be back for sure.

I try alot of place all around town and my roommate and I are definitely foodies. These guys have a Great product, they put the 10 ice cream shops on Rainbow to shame. I got a blue raspberry and grape shaved ice and my roommate got something with ice cream. We raved about it all the way home and after. The girl working was super nice tonight, I let her know it was my first time and she let me know what everything on the menu was. Another cool thing that we found there is you can buy premade Snow Balls. We grew up in Cleveland Ohio and this is perfect snowball snow. There were only 2 things that I could say to knock the place is the price and the old dry looking Decor. The Decor I guess fits the theme,just needs a refresh in there. The price probably isn't to much higher than anyone else's these days,but it is a Dessert/Treat type of food. I will say I will definitely pay whatever it is to get this treat. One more thing , they have a punch card reward system. Yummy Stuff

Great concept & Cool tropical theme decor on the inside. I had a strawberry daiquiri/margarita ice & it was yummy. The snow is on point with it's texture. The prices & sizes are inexpensive with so many flavors to choose from and endless combinations to do. Although the wait was a bit excessive considering 3 employees were working on the desserts & the place wasn't that busy.This place will be my new weekly favorite for something sweet.

We loved our shaved ice! But, whoever does the scheduling sucks! This poor girl was working the whole store by herself. I think her name was Madi! She did an amazing job under pressure. Just want them to know they have an amazing employee. She kept a smile the whole time even when it got crazy busy! Will be back for sure. Highly recommend it for anyone who is in the neighborhood.
