Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time visiting after driving by for years. I must say I was very impressed. Keilah was very welcoming and helpful! We had the French Onion burger w/ cheese fries and a custard. The food was ready before we even filled our drinks. The food was delicious but the reason I am writing the review is specifically for Keilah. Outstanding and genuine. She provided us with special attention without feeling rushed. This, while she seemed to be doing five different jobs.

I come to this location every time I’m on break in the area. I love the customer service and the staff is very friendly I never wait long for my order and it’s deliciousness and I’m always left with a smile and great vibes by a friendly cashier by the name of Oscar. He makes sure I’m satisfied and enjoyed my visit as I leave thanks Freddy’s u guys are awesome 🤩

Visited Freddy's on the recommendation of a friend and glad we did! A super place for a burger and fries, and their Patty Melt was so delicious. Really liked the thin stick fries which were seasoned perfectly. The Fry Sauce is great tasting and a perfect condiment for dipping their fries and chicken strips. They even sell it in bottles so you can have it at home. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a quick and tasty burger and fries... or patty melt and fries!

This place was recommended to me on the return shuttle ride from sky combat Vegas. The conversation was about in and out and how much Freddy's was better so I gave it a whirl. Everything here was phenomenal and was definitely worth the Lyft ride to and from. The food was awesome and I had no idea we have these in Louisiana (BR) area but it's on my radar now. I will give a shout out to Ms Keilah Jones for going above and beyond as a cashier and personally bringing me sauces to try being I had never been to a Freddy's before. Plus being super friendly completely opposite to what other similar places Ive been to like Whataburger or McDonald's or rallys is like. She's the main reason I elevated the review from what would have otherwise been 4*. I don't know why no one has ever said to visit this chain before but it's now probably going to be my favorite burger joint....
