First time eating here. The food was good & very hot. My mom had no complaints (usually she does lol) which is a plus. The only think I wish was that they added more cheese. Last, the cashier (tall male) had good customer service.

Food is good & service is good. Their loaded fries are great & you get a lot. Their Philly’s are my favorite in town. They always look clean.

My wife and I just ate here and thought the cheesesteak and fries were excellent. Not sure why some of the complaints, but you can't please everyone and some just like to complain to complain. We loved it and highly recommend you trying it.

Consistently good. Fries are worth a stop on their own. Mall Pro tip: there’s an ABC (with two-fer beer specials) inside the mall and an outside table area that overlooks the strip directly across from this shop.

Great flavour and good quality of meat. Fries were crispy not fluffy like at other places. Not from America? Go there ;)

I enjoyed the food. I ordered a Chicken Philly and it was yummy. Not a lot of extra stuff. No lettuce or tomato, but I assume this is how it would be on a street corner in Philly. The chicken was seasoned

It was nice and cheesy. A little oily bit otherwise pretty good.

Great service! opened up a little early to serve us some lunch. Super fast and fresh, $20 gets you a huge sandwich, great fries and a couple drinks. Amazing steak and super fluffy fries.

Emely the cashier was very kind and help me through the whole menu. The food was pretty good tho a little pricey.
