If you’ve never had a fresh pretzel before this is where you should go!!! Love that every 30 minutes they are pulling fresh dough and making them fresh!!! THIS IS THE BEST PRETZEL IN AMERICA. Keep it simple and just order a regular pretzel which naturally has butter and salt… Delish…My go to mall snack

I ate from Aunties recently but forgot to give my opinion/review. I think the staff is great and doing a heck-of-a-job on the Pretzels. I can not speak for all locations, but this one here is a story of its own. I was so glad we chose this store, much so that we attempted to provide a tip(s) to the workers,.. but to our surprise, we could not because ACCORDING to the WORKERS Management has interviened with doing so. Why is that Auntie Anne's??? Not permitting cash tips is ubsurd and unheard of, ever. I dont know about A.A. Prezelts anymore, maybe it's time I take my buisness else where.. I thought gratitude would always be welcomed in my books!
