Sugar Bee's Bakery

This is by far my favorite Bakery in Las Vegas it even puts Freed's in Henderson to shame, Carrie is definitely a skilled person... her ciabatta bread ,her garlic knots, the croissant with goat cheese and fig and onion are all super delicious, and pretty much every treat and cake that they make is excellent top notch, we always go here for our family's birthdays, I don't buy Cake anywhere else!..... on 2/17/2022 I made an update to my review because I tried their pizza dough which was excellent, light crispy and delicious.... also I have included photos of pizza we made with it

I was a little put off at first, because the store already had three customers waiting, and there was a sign on the door stating "No more than three customers at a time, everyone must wear a mask." So, I waited until I could go inside, and although fully vaccinated, I wore my mask when I was inside. Although it was busy, there was only one employee helping out customers. The food is excellent! Their sourdough bread is fresh and nearly perfect. The macaroons are some of the best I've ever had. The Nutella layer cake was light and exquisite! I just wish they had more room inside for customers, or a place to sit down outside to wait. It was very hot outside, and it was fairly aggravating to have to wait outside in the direct heat.

This was such a GREAT little spot to come first thing for a sugar rush that will get my my morning off to a sweet start! Early risers can enjoy a GORGEOUS croissant or a soft, lighter-than-air macaron with Sugar Bee's before facing another day of whatever's comin'. I could not WAIT to get home to enjoy my baked goods, hence the incomplete loaf of sourdough. But the macarons and the cake made it home to be wolfed down with a cuppa hot coffee and NO REGRETS. HEADS UP: when I went (22 July 2021), the bakery was still requiring mask wear inside the shop. They offer free ones inside if you don't have one, but better prepared than surprised.

Customer’s are demanding longer business hour as we love the small business quality touch included with the phenomenal customer service. I’ve been pleading for over one year, asking management to extend or alter their hours of operation with zero reply back.
