We went here because of the Wonka celebration of different food items that our son enjoys. They IHOP itself is brand new and really nice inside. The Wonka drink is exactly as pictured, but not the purple pancakes (at all), they were very sadly put together, very rushed may be a better word. Food taste was “meh”, kind of bland, and service was good. We’ll be back for our son to enjoy the Wonka menu once more (he’s 9), but probably won’t go back after that.

Have eaten at this location for several months now and it's always been okay but today it was OUTSTANDING! Several new staff members and the food as well as service was great. Fast, friendly & efficient service. Hot, fresh and delicious food. Special shout out to Omar & Allen!

It's so nice that they now have a pet friendly patio. Omar was our server. He was so nice & friendly and gave great suggestions as we were the for lunch. My husband ordered the Philly sandwich and LOVED it. I had to have my protein pancakes, which ALWAYS make me happy. They even made some eggs for our fur baby (in a to-go container, of course). She thoroughly enjoyed them. Thank you, Omar, for being so friendly and attentive.

Jay is hands-down, the best employee. This young man runs the entire restaurant with 1 cook and sometimes a beverage runner, with great grace, friendliness, and care, even in the busiest of nights. Jay remembers my family's names, drink orders, and even our favorite meals. Dining at IHOP with Jay in charge is like eating at home with family; no worries, full of smiles, and making everyone feel welcomed. Jay, your efforts to run a great restaurant do not go unnoticed. I recently visited Las Vegas and enjoyed a DELICIOUS breakfast and the service was amazing! Our server’s name was Sheree. Her delightful personality , attentiveness, and guidance to various sites and events in Vegas was extremely impressive. Once again food and service was 5 stars! From the moment we walked into IHOP we felt like we were the most important people in the restaurant! Thank you and Sheree. Will definitely eat there again on my next Vegas vacation!!!

Always such great service at the IHOP on Trailwood. Jay R our server always gives us excellent customer service. He is pleasant and makes dining here so enjoyable, as well as all the staff, everyone here is always so nice and makes you feel right at home. Food is always yum!

If your looking for an place to dine without the wait try ihop. Saturday midday I traveled to ihop for brunch. Parking was great and yes they have handicap parking. Walked in and was greeted by an host and seated immediately. So, I’m 55+ and I ordered from that menu for half the price of regular. I wouldn’t say ihop is the best but you can get an quality meal at an great price.

So many times IHOP is overlooked as a great breakfast spot, but it is! Trendier breakfast spot steal all the hype but IHOP endures. Our service today was awesome. Max and the team were fast and courteous. The food was excellent as usual.

We've been here many times. It's a large space with all of the usual selections. If you're looking for a bargain they have a senior's menu and a $5 lunch menu from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
It's probably best to stick to the basic breakfast items. The pancakes are really good and there is a huge selection of combination plates. The lunch and dinner items are generally decent but nothing to get too excited about.
The pancake syrups are really pretty bad. It would be great if they would offer real maple syrup even if there was an extra charge.
