The Brass Fork

The food here was delicious. I ordered the chicken wings extra crispy. They were delicious. The “3way pancake” breakfast was amazing. Also, the smoked salmon toast (minus the egg) and the avocado toast was the best I’ve ever had. Hubby had the avocado toast and each time we went to eat that was all he ordered. The pea shoots on the avocado toast was amazing. We will now be making this at home. The restaurant was clean and everyone there was super friendly.

We just had breakfast at the Brass Fork bar with Louis the tender. We had our name in for a wait for 15-20 minutes so we got seats at the bar and forget the wait😁. The Country fried Steak is really good steak, and the Chillaquilles was absolutely amazing, we recommend. Had a couple Mojitos, a Jack Blackberry cocktail that was really really good. And the orange Cream sickle drink was also really good. 5 Stars all around. 👍Now for a good smoke at the room and on to the Mob Museum for some Moonshine 😁😜. We also had dinner at the Brass Fork last night. Prime Rib special, It was also delicious, we left happy and satisfied, The food here is comparable to a 5 star restaurant but the prices are reasonable. We had a great time at the Palace Station, we will definitely be back when we come back to Vegas.👍😁😎

A diner within a casino! What a novel concept! We loved the food here. The service was great, and prices could not be beat. You'll find your normal diner fares, but with a better presentation. You'll also find some great surprises! I had the breakfast enchiladas over scrambled eggs. It was delicious! We will come back here!

An unexpected breakfast delight! I loved the open, clean atmosphere in the restaurant. Our server was nice. But the food stole the show in this case. The avocado toast was delicious and great presentation! The chicken fried steak, eggs, and homefries were so good 👍🏻👍🏻 would highly recommend their breakfast. I would also personally come back earlier to try their eggs Benedict next time. All in all, a very satisfied first visit.
