Wish it was a little quieter and nicer inside but the food is so amazing it is somewhere a foodie has to go🤣 it's a BYOB and we brought some nice wines to have with our dinner I think this is a real hole in the wall gym that people must try even if it's a bit of a drive. For the quality of food and when you bring your own alcohol it makes this place a huge bargain.

This is the place locals try to keep a secret! Not many tables and no fancy bells and whistles just one couple cooking good Italian food! Reservations are a must to get a table and even then it could be a long wait but bring a bottle of wine (no corkage fee) and just relax. We ordered the Mozzarella Frita for the app and it was crispy, ooey gooey and the sauce was better than any I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For dinner the table ordered Sole Frances with veggies and potatoes, Penne Puttanesca and the Chicken Parm that comes with a side of penne. Everything was divine. The fish so mild, buttery and flakey. Pasta perfectly aldente. I highly recommend dining here especially if you love mom and pop shops and large portions of homemade food made to order!

After reading the reviews, I recognize that Los Olivos needs a reservation as it is a small restaurant, but it NOT a hole in the wall and it is NOT dirty. It is a lovely, small, family-owned place. We had fried mozzarella and calamari as an appetizer. I had lobster ravioli and my spouse had the spaghetti and meatballs, his fav after three visits. It was amazing. My husband teased me bc I said "Mmm" after every bite! We will return every time we are in Vegas! Thank you for such a lovely dining experience!

First time at Los Olivos Ristorante. Definitely not our last. After seeing so many reviews (and not a single bad one), we had an occasion to try it. We were not disappointed - and even after all the anticipation, we were even blown away by how great the food was! Pictured here is: Mozarella Frita, Los Olivos salad (shared by four of us as a first course), chicken Parmesan and side of pasta, baked ziti the Size of a football, lobster ravioli, and fettuccini Alfredo (with some leftover mozarella frita). All of this and our bill still came in under $100. And we came home with a whole meals worth of leftovers! We will definitely come back because after we ordered, we saw them bring out their lasagna, pasta and meatballs, some kind of crab cakes, and calamari to other tables - all of which gave us FOMO. Things to note: everything is made when you order, so get a salad or something to enjoy while your food is cooking. Also, this is a place you go for the FOOD. It’s not a high end fine dining experience, it’s a family run restaurant, and you will leave pleasantly full with a smile on your face.

We found this place on Yelp and they had great reviews. We figured we would give this place a shot and they did not disappoint. The portions are very big so you won't leave this place hungry. I came with a few friends and they all enjoyed the food. It was worth the trip.

We we're looking for a fun local place to eat in Vegas and came across Los Olivos. A 4.8 star rating on google is unheard of so we had to try it. Literally the best Italian food we have ever had! The portions are HUGE. I think my husband and I will each get 3 meals out of our order.

What a great find. This place is small about 12 tables so make reservations. The food is out of this world. Family owned and operated, and they make you feel like part of their family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The portions of food will not leave you hungry. You'll most likely be taking a doggie bag home. Prices are easy on the wallet. I know you'll want to come back. The owner, who is the cook, makes every dish from scratch. So be patient waiting for your food. It's worth the wait. Also, bring your own favorite wine. They will give you an uncork tool, and there is no uncorking charge. Fabulous hidden little diamond.

A small locally owned mom and pop business offering everything the large upscale restaurants don't. First time there, and definitely not the last. We are from out of state, but will positively re-visit the next time we are in Vegas. Very clean, food was delicious and not pricey. They do not rush you, are are very accommodating. If you like like authentic Italian food, you will love Los Olivas. Also, it is BYOB if you are going to have wine.

This is a very nice restaurant to take a break from over priced glamor in Las Vegas. Family run, very small and BYOB! I ordered seafood n pasta, all fresh and perfectly cooked. The salad was too much for 1 person. Everyone was taking home food. The atmosphere is friendly but a bit sparse. The day I was there it was reservation only, but calling from outside the door my instant reservation was honored. Great value and dining, just don't expect the fancy trappings, and bring a better bottle of wine !

I did a quick google search of any Italian food restaurants nearby. Where Los Olivos Ristorante popped up. So I was inclined to try this restaurant out. I shortly noticed that this establishment had a google rating of 4.8 stars, which I have never seen any ratings that high for any place, let alone restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant during dinner, I was not greeted right away when I stepped through the doors, due to the enormous influx of diners in the restaurant. The phones were ringing off the hook, and eventually, an employee approached me. The wait time for dine-in was an hour and a half and takeout would be 30 mins due to my not phoning ahead of time. I was baffled at how such a small restaurant would be so busy, so I left to try another time. I planned strategically to dine at this establishment right when it opened on a weekday. That is what I did, I arrived exactly at 2:30, on a Tuesday, and behold it was not busy. I sat down and looked over the menu, and what caught my eye was an intriguing signature salad. The Los Olivos salad is what I chose as a starter, and what I was craving was spaghetti and meatballs, so I ordered that as my entrée. Like any Italian restaurant, they start with some olive oil and bread, but this type of olive oil was freshly made with their spin of seasoning was amazing. All I can think at this moment was, Wow! I'm in for a treat when the salad and spaghetti & meatballs come out. I'm not a big fan of salads, but I wanted to see what would compel them to put the restaurant name on this garden salad. The dressing and fresh vegetables were so refreshing that it spiked my appetite for the entrée. When the spaghetti arrived, I dove right into devouring it without hesitation. The angel pasta was incredible, the way it was dressed with a little bit of olive oil for it to be smooth. The two meatballs were gigantic and were laughable because I knew I could not finish this and I'd have to take it home. Everything in this restaurant was fresh and so enjoyable, I wish they offer a service where I can pay monthly for them to come over to my house and cook dinners. I highly recommend anyone looking for some authentic Italian cuisine visit this place. 5-star service/5-star food as well. Will be coming back very soon
