Applebee's

I came here tonight for the Veteran's Day Celebration Meal. I got the 6 ounce steak with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and a 20 ounce Long Island Ice Tea. I honestly thought I did a review of this location years ago. Anyway , I have been here before and the service is usually pretty good and the food is more average of course. You can't expect gourmet at Applebee's , but they do make great drinks and they go well with appetizers , lunch , or dinner. The service tonight was good and everyone was so nice. They even had someone dressed as a Bee handing out $5 Off Coupons for the Veterans to use when they come back for the next time. My Long Island Ice Tea was pretty good and nice and strong like it should be. The steak was as expected. It was cooked almost to where I wanted it , could have been on another 2 minutes , but it was fine. A lady came by with A1 and asked if I wanted it and I asked if they had Heinz 57 and they did and she brought it out right away. The mashed potatoes were fine and a good amount and the steamed broccoli was just right. I ate pretty much all of it. It was just the right amount to not have leftovers and to not be hungry either. Of course tonight was pretty busy , but they seemed to be handling it well. Also when you came in they had a big poster board for the Veterans to sign and put where they were stationed at. I thought that was a nice touch. They also had little vases with flowers and an American Flag in it. Thank you for honoring us Veterans and I will be back again later for the Oriental Chicken Salad.

It’s always an awesome experience when we visit this Applebees location. We always receive amazing service, but tonight, we sat at the bar and got to interact with Matthew, the Manager and he was awesome! He has a great sense of humor, cares about the service they all deliver, and made sure we had a great time. The bartender made some of the best drinks we’ve had in a long time and the food was delicious!!

Employees are the only reason we come. Food is not great. Prices are way to high for the quality. No real chicken except for bone in wings and soup. No Happy Hour bottles of wine anymore. Applebee’s quality and prices suck. Better value at yard house. Only reason we still come here is the employees and service.

We had a very nice visit at this location. Everything from the salad to the sides was very good. The house salad had diced cucumbers and tomatoes, croutons and two kinds of cheese. We chose from the 2 for $25 menu, and it was a great deal. She got the 6 oz sirloin steak and I got the riblets. I was amazed at how many riblets I got, after upgrading to the platter. They were great, as was the sirloin steak. The garlic mashed potatoes were very creamy and delicious. My garlicky green beans were really good. Our service from Devionna was superb. We hope we get lucky enough to have this quality of service and food on our next visit!
