The Sweet Spot

The Sweet Spot is a stunning family and minority-owned dessert cafe with chic decor, delicious treats and amazing service. Located in the heart of Chinatown Las Vegas, this restaurant has free parking, a wheelchair friendly entrance, tables and nice views. Try an incredible freshly-made bubble tea or smoothie. The incredibly nice owner offered me a free sample of her favorite fruit drink to try which helped me find my favorite drink here. Honeydew smoothie with super soft, dense, fresh boba, five stars. I fawned over the beautiful jewelry and bought a red and silver friendship bracelet with a heart charm. You can get a great bargain here for charm bracelets and jewelry especially if you want to bundle. Whatever you get here, you can't go wrong.

Hands down some of the best milk tea/boba that we have ever had (and we’ve had our share). My spouse said that Ube Taro drink was the best milk tea he’s ever had, and from what I tried, I agree. My Brown Sugar Latte was up there. Maybe just a bit too sweet (even for my sweet tooth). I would order 50-75% sweetness next time. Service was excellent.

We stopped into The Sweet Spot for some desserts and wow were our expectations exceeded. The restaurant is very small with only 4 seats for customers, 3 of which were taken when our party of 5 arrived. The wait was worth it, our crepes were beautiful and delicious. I got the strawberry banana Nutella crepe and it was delightful. The two who got the lemon crepes raved about it as well. They were all made fresh, so it took a bit to get our orders with the drinks for our party and two other parties behind us coming out long before our crepes, but the wait wasn't overwhelming. Definitely recommend the crepes. The ice cream that came with the crepes was okay but not the star of the show by far.

We got lychee and taro milk tea with mixed boba, 125% sweetness, and light ice. What makes this place stand out is that they use real fruits for their flavors. Plus, the tea is highly customizable, although we did have an awkward exchange with the owner or manager about changing the ice level. (Photo op was not ideal. Sorry!)

It's a nice little shop. Really like the light and colors of the restaurant. The gelato looks amazing. Its smells like and every sweet shop should. I tried the crepe Suzette and a milk bubble tea. It tasted wonderfully and the tea was refreshing. All in all is was a very delicious experience. Wish I could have given a 5/5 but never head the chance to try out the gelato....

WOW! I was not expecting to find the best gelato I've ever had in this sweet little spot in Chinatown. Tiffany and her staff are wonderful, and talked us through samples of every flavor of gelato. They make it all from scratch, and are not kidding when they say they use top-quality ingredients. The gelato is insanely creamy and smooth, has just the right amount of sweetness, and will have you desperate for more. You really can't go wrong with any of the amazing varieties. Don't miss the toasted black sesame flavor (gorgeous gray color), the jasmine tea flavor, and the pistachio flavor made with real, imported pistachio and no almonds as filler! As delicious as the gelati were, I think our favorite part was Tiffany's excitement and pride in her product. She dedicated her time and love to telling us all about her shop, her products, and her process. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular and delightful. We will definitely be back very SOON!
