This place is cute. We arrived just before the dinner rush and was seated promptly. Our food arrived timely and our waiters were friendly.
Ordered their happy hour menu (Mon-Fri 4-6pm). Both items were amazing. Caprese Salad was tasty and the Alfredo Cheese and Spinach Ravioli for the kid was delicious (kid approved).
I can’t wait to return and try other dishes. Highly recommend for groups too which I probably will do next time, girls night!
Shoutout to Max who was so friendly to my toddler given that they were busy with a group holiday party. Jake was a second runner up lol.

Great place for a nice dinner or dinner party. The service was excellent and the food very good. The calamari was fried to perfection with a savory batter. The Vodka Penne with sausage was one of the best I’ve had to date. The atmosphere was also nice, perfectly setup for groups or individuals. I would recommend this restaurant to others!
The bathroom was a a crazy visual experience, you have to see it to understand it.
The only disappointment was the lack of attention to the bathroom, it was filthy, and while I’m sure it was clean when they opened they need to check it every few hours.

My husband and I had a private reception at the Sparkling’s and absolutely loved it. We invited about 50 guests and stayed from 6:00 pm until midnight. The pricing is every reasonable especially considering the cost for most banquet halls in the city. We were able to bring in a DJ and have space for a dance floor. The food was great and communication with the owner was great as well. The staff did an amazing job at ensuring everyone at the event enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend The Sparkling’s if you’re looking for a reception or party in a pretty atmosphere.

I sat at the bar, and the bartender was full of life and made me feel at home. He had great recommendation for both food and drinks. I did have dinner and it was very good. Generous portion sizes and delicious food! You might get the option of both brunch and dinner if you come somewhere between 2 and 3pm. We had a group of 4, ordered 4 appetizers and shared 2 entrees and desserts. My girlfriend and I split the double-size chicken Parmesan and still had to get a box! Friendly server and waiter, chill atmosphere

I've been here a few times over the past few years. Weirdly enough I'm a fan of their lighting, it's dim enough to be intimate but bright enough to see everything well. Their food has always been good and well priced. Always been good service. They did add some retainer wall into the middle of the room that I don't like, it adds more privacy but changes the vibe for me.

A huge thank you and shout out to The Sparklings! Last night we had our holiday office celebration with a party of over 30 people. The setting is gorgeous and the food was phenomenal. We could not have asked for better servers, Rey and JC provided exceptional service to our group. I highly recommend this place for date nights, group dinners or if you want to treat yourself. You will not be disappointed. Our meal was served family style and I loved that I had the opportunity to try different dishes. My favorite dishes were the greek salad, beet salad, calamari, seared scallops, vodka pasta and the flourless chocolate cake.
You will not be disappointed at this place, it was soooooo good!

I ordered from Uber eats and this place did not disappoint. We ordered a variety of apps and entrees because we couldn't decide amongst all of the great offerings.
The prices were very good and once the food arrived it was even better.
I definitely recommend their food. I haven't had a dining experience yet but I will definitely visit in person soon. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Italian American food.

The bartender really seems to be enjoying his job and is very attentive. The place has an intimate feel to it and is a great place for tapas. I've tried so many of their dishes and there was not one that I did not like. The beef sliders are a must-try, and so are the grilled baby octopus, tuna tartare, and truffle fries. The only reason I would probably take a star off would be because when this place gets busy, you can notice how short-staffed they are, hence, service isn't as quick and efficient as the establishment would want.

Really great food. High quality everything. Great selection of whiskey and mixed drinks. Not to fancy of a place. A lot of people in casual clothes. Food is not expensive (depending what you get) pastas around same price you would see on places like Olive garden. But way better. For an appetizer I recommend "Queso Fundido" delicious melted cheese. Really no complaints, nice settle restaurant.

I visited in Vegas and wanted to try out some of the local restaurants. And I finally found this place and it was a BOMB. You should try out 'Seafood pasta'. This is a spicy pasta and I have never seen this taste of pasta around my area (CA). It was so so so so delicious!!!!All staffs are very friendly and kind. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and makes me peaceful.

Was going to go to the Lodge next door, but curiosity got me. Wanted to try something new. Says it's an American Italian style, I would say more American. Menu had more variety than Italian. Pasta on the menu does not mean your an Italian restaurant. Everything was loaded with flavor. Bacon wrapped dates could use more dates to make the date flavor pop, other than that is was wonderful. The truffle corn was awesome (could use a parsley leaf for presentation, that didnt stop me from eating it or liking it), my favorite next to the real portobello mushroom fries. Lightly breaded so you can taste the portabello. Not grounded and mixed with breadcrumbs. If anything I will return for those! The caprese had shredded Basil, I think that's to much work. Leave the leaf whole and every bite would be balanced on flavor. The spinach ravioli's in alfredo were yummy too. They weren't really filled, but they still had flavor when you did bite into the mix. Alfredo sauce was perfect, it brought it all together. Almost forgot the gnocchi in pesto... WOW! Lightly toasted so it gave a small crunch. Definitely a must! Atmosphere is very elegant and date night style. I would not bring children of any age. (Dont know if they allow it, but it definitely is not a family vibe) Service was wonderful. It was like a diamond in the rough! Best part is the prices were not ridiculous. You can have a reasonable priced date night without loosing the quality.

Hidden gem! Beautiful atmosphere and incredible food and service! Colten helped us and he was friendly and helpful! Loved this place since we visited vegas two years ago durning covid. No waiting at 5:30!! Huge bar area.

As far as service it was horrible !!!!!!!!! I will never return nor will the 20 guest we had for the bridal Shower we hosted there. The manager left his staff short staffed. Service was slow, like almost non existent If we didn't constantly ask for things we needed. Drinks were so unorganized and could have been done totally differently to make it run smoother but there was not enough help to do it that way. The waitress was really nice and tried her best but was way too overwhelmed and unorganized. Some of this could have been avoided by the management staying to help. Not the best place for a quick meal so prep yourself for hours !!!!

We love the sparkling! The manager is amazing and always makes time to say hello to us! The staff is so nice and down to earth. Food and drinks are exquisite! I have been here over a dozen times and there is always something new and tasty to try! Highly recommend! Bar service is the best!

Love this place. My fiancé and I had our engagement party here. Anthony, the server/bartender, was great, awesome guy. He kept everything organized no matter how busy it got. The owner was very friendly. It's an all around awesome place for gatherings, dinner or just grabbing a drink or two. A hidden gem.

The girls and I had a great time at sparklings! Our server RAY took great care of us and made sure that our service was on point. The food was incredible we tried quite a few appetizers, compliments to the chef! Awesome cocktails and by the way happy hour is until 10 PM at night. We will be back!

We love this place. The food is spectacular nd we have never had a bad meal there. Usually takes us bit to decide why to order for our entree. Apperizers are easy crispy pesto gnocci and Langastino Bruschetta. I just celebrated my bday here and we had a blast.

The service was AWESOME. Ask for Rey as your server. He was friendly and very attentive to our gastronomical needs. Of course the food was good as well. I'm lactose intolerant and I am very limited to what I can eat. He knew the menu well and recommended a few dishes. We were very satisfied. I live nearby but don't get over there as much as I'd like to. Their food is SO good and the facility is always so clean and well kept. I ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer, which are the best I've ever had. Excellent service also. Five stars!
