Pamplona Cocktails And Tapas

We were pleasantly surprised at our first visit and will definitely keep going back. A little bit of Spain just off the strip in Las Vegas. Great house Sangria, dry and perfectly sweetened but not overly sweet with fresh orange, lemon, apple and strawberry. The aromas coming out of the kitchen we're mouth watering and our tapas and main courses were delicious. Great menu to explore on a date or with friends and family.

Really incredible experience. The food, drinks and service were all top notch and all for a reasonable price. My wife and I have been disappointed recently by restaurants that were over hyped and this was a breath of fresh air. You must give this place a try! The menu honestly reminded me of my last trip to Spain and is a perfect way to change up your boring routine of steakhouses. Will be returning!

If you are or visit Vegas and love a good quality food, this is the place to go. I was looking for an authentic Spanish restaurant and found out Pamplona... I was hesitant about it but decided to give it a shot; so glad I did. I've been in Spain a few times and this place offers authentic flavors. From the sangria to dessert was fantastic. Not only great food but impeccable service. My husband's first time trying Spanish food and totally fell in love. We ordered queso fundido con chorizo, gambas al ajillo, secreto ibérico de bellotas, pulpo asado, torrijas, cappuccino and sangria. Everything was delicious. Thank you "Pamplona" for the great culinary experience. Next time I visit Vegas again, I know exactly where to go. Si visitas o vives en las Vegas y no has probado este lugar, definitivamente tienes que ir. La comida es exquisita de principio a fin. Sabores auténticos de España y un servicio impecable. Disfrutamos mucho cada uno de los platillos, bebidas y postre.

Words are not going to be enough to explain everything, but I really recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and they know how to explain their food, The seafood paella was excellent, and the albondigas were super good especially with their sauce, one thing that I like it was their Conquistador old fashion, it was excellent everything was balanced, and the dessert was really tasty for sure is going to be one of my favorites restaurants in Las Vegas

Talk about an amazingly flavorful and an intigrated cultural food experience...I can't even begin to boast into words how delicious the food was. Our server, Josue, gave us an introduction of cultural origins pertaining to each of our tastings. If you come here- come during Happy Hour for a truly unique experience, and I advise to order (per Josue's suggestion) the Chef's choice sampling of premium and specially prepared meats and seafood...and don't forget the cocktails! Each drink specifically paired for individual tastes which doesn't even include menu options. If you crave the tantalizing flavors of Spain...come and indulge! Definitely worth the calories and the $$$.

This is a absolutely Phenomenal restaurant! The staff is kind and has top customer service. From the appetizers to the dishes and desserts all 100% recomendable. I would recommend 1 but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s such a clean and great atmosphere. If you are looking for a either brunch or romantic dinner date even time with family this is a must!

I don't use to give reviews but this restaurant deserve it. I went to Las Vegas this weekend and my uncle and his wife that live over there invited me to eat at this awesome place named Pamplona Tapas Las Vegas. I don't have words to express myself how much I enjoyed all the dishes. The chef and the rest of the personal that work there are very professional and made me feel like at home. The food was "AMAZING", and the desserts were a delightful, the taste made me remember my Grandmother when I was a child. If you live in Las Vegas or visit Las Vegas and have time... do not forget to make a reservation in this famous restaurant. I strongly recommend it, you will not regret it :-).
