Review Chuck Wagon Restaurant - Las Vegas

I’m not a fan of the casino itself because it’s smoky and hood lol but had no idea until my friend swore the food is good and I was so shocked it’s excellent!

Hot fudge sundae is a must! Fudge is actually warm and they give a really good amount of it! They also put a heaping amount of whipped cream! A must have if you get a sweet tooth!

Very flavorful food and good hot coffee.

It's smoke filled old Las Vegas of 40 years ago. The food is quite good and served hot. There not messing around with portion control here either, this is tough as nails Vegas the way it was and should be... You have been warned.

Man! Great stick to your ribs comfort food at an amazing price for Las Vegas. It's an older building. The service, food and price can't be beat! Even the salad are top notch.

A nice, place great prices and food specials, So We go the burger combo, to Go, got home started to eat grilled great tasty,large patty hamburger, but the fries were hard,🤦🏽‍♀️, and sometimes I eat more fries, faster than eating the burger, so that was was a huge let down..

What can't I say about this place! Truly a Vegas hiden gem 💎. Food is delicious, portions are plentiful, service is quick and courteous and the best part is the prices!. 2 us ate lobster and steak we had drinks and desserts all for$50 bucks. They have daily specials and even some super specials from midnight to 6am! I give this place a 10/10

This is probably my 6th or 7th time here. Ive had the porterhouse steak, the Bourbon Bacon Crispy Onion Burger, the pork chop plate, Ham steak plate, Biscuits and gravy, Steak and lobster, on seperate times and one thing they all have in common. The chef and the cooks who made them really love cooking; you can taste the quality and deliciousness, and generous portion. Its one of my favorite southern comfort food place and environment when i come to Vegas.

Fideo soup, steak and lobster dinner was delicious! NY steak, lobster, dinner roll and mashed potatoes Is a great deal for 16.99 and was so good also.

The place is dated not due to decor but wear and tear. The workers are friendly and most do speak English. The food is good and you get healthy portions. The food is cooked to order however i can never find a place that makes great hash browns or Biscuits and Gravy like Bob Evans... If you don't know who or what Bob Evans I'd, then you have t spent time in good ok Cincinnati.b They ha e daily special and Porterhouse Steak lovers, you'll live the price.

Good food. Great prices.This is his son I just went there and OMG Enda was the best I just wanted hug her so hard she was nice she gave me a free cheese cake and the food was delicious and my dad said me and my twin got the best so I just wanna say thank u Edna 🩷

Its a bit busy during rush hours, but they have great food and service here. I like the hamsteak breakfast or the steak dinner, they are affordable, and the service was good.

Awesome Hot Chicken Fingers. 5/26/23 price's went up a bit but still very reasonable. Service is still always great.

This is the second time I gave this place another try.  I ordered the $6.45 Chicken Fried Steak (They also have a smaller $5.99)  The seating was very crowded and the tables were so close you could hardly walk by other customers.  This definitely needs to be addressed.  The meal was a 6 on a scale of ten.but worth the money. This was my first review.....After seeing an advertisement for their Chicken Fried Steak, I thought I'd give it a try.  After walking into the Casino, the first thing I noted was how narrow the aisles were.  The walls had mirrors on them and gave the place a "House of Mirrors"  effect and distorted my sense of depth perception.  It was probably to make the place look bigger but only added to my confusion to find the restaurant.  To me, the casino looked dingy and dark.  I found the restaurant and waited for the hostess to return to her station to seat me as there was no one at the register or near the "Wait to be seated" sign....I waited...finally after a period longer than it should have taken, I was greeted and seated as close to the kitchen as possible even though there was ample seating we passed to where I was seated.  The waitress was prompt and took my drink order and upon her return, I ordered the advertised 24 hours Chicken Fried Steak for $4.99 which was not shown on the menu but was told they automatically reduced the price of what the menu said.  The food came quickly and was as I ordered.  Eggs were over easy, Hash Browns were cooked properly and there was ample gravy on the CFS.   The meal was pretty tasty, although the CFS was pretty thin and about the size of a slice of bread.  My drink was refilled promptly and the waitress was friendly and actually made the eating experience more enjoyable.  The Pepsi was $2.00 which I thought was kinda high and I concluded that's how they sell the CFS at $4.99.  So I give the food a 5 out of 10, the waitress a 7 out of 10, the hostess a 4 out of 10 and since I am not a smoker and found the casino stale, and dark, and not to my liking, I give the casino a 3 out of 10.  I hoped for a better experience but was disappointed in the all around experience.

I love the Longhorn Casino food.. It really is home cooking. Large portions at bargain prices...you can't go wrong.

This place is great, prices and portions are old Vegas!!! Desserts are delicious!!

Yeah it's a dive on Boulder Highway and it's small & smokey and the food really isn't all the great BUT damn it's CHEAP!! The steak was cooked well it just wasn't a great piece of meat-kinda fatty & gristly. The hash browns & eggs PERFECT!!
