Club Serrano Vip Lounge

The workers were not atendent, I was looked over multiple times. I had to literally get up and ask for help. It was breakfast time. It was not busy at all, it was steady. The food was good , it look good and taste good. I seen workers standing around , not checking to see if we needed anything. Customer service was a 4, not good at all. I asked for mild or medium steak. I had to return my order and have it cook as i order it. I travel all across the united states I eat or dine at restaurants and café) all the time. I heard great things about this café, I was disappointed with customer service.

First off the food here is on the upper end of casino buffets for locals. I enjoy the food. The servers here are lacking due to shortage or whatever. I eat here alot decent piece and good tasting food. If I can give 3.5 I would on service alone. If the service stepped up it's game I'll be 5 stars. Enjoy the food tho it's good and reasonable.

Great all around restaurant for late night dining. Conveniently located in the Palms hotel. Diner stylish decor with a menu that rounds the bases. We ate here twice during our stay. Once to-go and once dining in. The service was friendly and communicative and the food was flavorful and reasonably priced. They had some great bakery options as well!

So we decided to come here for a late lunch on Friday. We were sat right away. Emmediatly someone came to get our drink order. A few minutes later, our server came by and introduced herself. She was very friendly and helpful with the menu. She recommended a couple of dishes and we decided. The food came out after about 15 minutes. My wife went with the salmon plate and I ordered the meatloaf. Everything was amazing and at a nice temperature. I'm not a meatloaf fan, but this was the best I've ever had. My wife loved her salmon plate, and we ended up trading 1/2 the meals. For dessert, we had the flan-doughnut, and it was also amazing. I have to say this place has really done a great job at hiring chefs that can make tasty and delicious dishes. Prices are also pretty reasonable for Vegas.
