Nacho Daddy Summerlin

We love Nacho Daddy! We discovered them when we first moved to NV. My family doesn't always enjoy the whole Fremont St vibe so we were delighted when the Henderson location opened next to our favorite Costco and we could stop and grab a meal after some shopping. Honestly though, we live just as close to the Summerlin location and we do shop there periodically so we decided to stop in and give it a spin. We were delighted to find that they are just as great as the other locations we've visited. The service was helpful and excellent. The food was fresh, delicious and prepared to perfection. Everyone loved their meal and we will absolutely be back!

The service is impeccable from the time you walk in the door til the time you walk out. Friendly atmosphere, great service from the entire staff. Our server Shawn was very quick in coming to the table. He introduced himself took our drink order them let us know that he was working on another table. He was back in a flash. Even one of the mangers came to the table to check on us. The food was awesome. Will be returning to the Summerlin location

Absolutely stellar place. Wait staff was polite and quick, service was excellent, food was fantastic, the well whiskey was pretty cheap (their signature cocktails are NOT cheap, run close to $17 for some of them), there's an entire page of vegan options, everything on the menu is clearly labeled, and they have actually REALLY good vegan food. Highly recommend this place for lunch.

Nacho Daddy in Summerlin, Nevada, and I cannot recommend it enough. While the more popular location of Nacho Daddy is in downtown Las Vegas, this local favorite provides a more relaxed and spacious atmosphere without sacrificing the exceptional dining experience Nacho Daddy is known for. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately impressed by the vibrant and inviting ambiance, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The show's star for me was the Nacho Daddy Signature Soft Tacos. The combination of flavors and textures was tantalizing and elevated soft tacos to a whole new level. The generous serving of creamy Monterey Jack cheese nestled within the tortillas did not disappoint me. This cheese is the embodiment of creamy, gooey perfection. Not yo average or subpar nacho. We rarely dine out with four kids, and are so thrilled we found this place. Mammoth portions, perfect layers that are everything fresh and flavorful and not at all soggy, hot, and beautifully plated. The atmosphere is fun and chill, food arrives quickly, and the wait staff is exceptionally helpful. Adding to our list of favorite places in Vegas. Take yourself to Nacho Daddy now. Bri was a great waitress too!

Saw some mixed reviews, but overall this seemed worth visiting. The restaurant is really dark, making it difficult to read menus, etc. The food was good, but not great, temps on some dishes were a little cold. The Mango Margarita, however, was AMAZING. Great service, friendly staff, but I'd think 9f this as a bar with food more than a restaurant with good drinks. Lots of TVs, which can be distracting.

We recently moved to LV and stumbled upon Nacho Daddy. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff. I was even more impressed by our server, Shaun! We eat out daily, and i must say he was possibly the BEST server I’ve ever encountered! He went above and beyond and it was so refreshing in this day and time! We’ll definitely be back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
