I recently visited Gold Mine Bar & Grill and had a great experience overall. The staff was very inviting and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant was also very clean, which is always a plus. The food itself was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from.
The only complaint I have is the portions you get. While the food tasted great, I felt that the portion sizes were a bit on the small side for the price. This was a minor issue, however, and didn't detract from the overall quality of the experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Gold Mine Bar & Grill to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and good food. Just be aware that the portions may not be as large as you might expect.

If you’re staying at the resort and are just looking for a nearby place to eat. This is the right spot, you can call from your room to pick up and take it back to your room or you can dine in. Which there is limited tables since the place is kind of small. They do have a bar inside. The staff was friendly and the food was even better we didn’t wait that long for the food to come out.

The food was okay. This is the only restaurant on site. The chicken strips were really heavily breaded, and it cut at the roof on my mouth. The shrimp was good. The pretzels appetizing was the best. A lot of other people filtered in and out mostly to get alcohol. It wasn't very busy. It had a view of the larger on site pools, but not much else. Think there was a sports ball game on while were there.

Nice restaurant on site which is convenient. Nice view of the pool which was great. Food prices are what you can expect. Went for breakfast and also dinner once. Food was good.

Food was decent here but overpriced. Drinks were overpriced as well. Atmosphere was not too bad. Not a bad option while at the Holiday Inn.

The western burger and ceasor salad tasted great. Not a fancy place but worthwhile to come if you’re staying at Holiday Inn. Forgot to take pics of the food, here the menu’s instead.

I was full from the burger but after the experience, I had to have the Chocolate Lava Cake. Another home run!!
Keep it up guys! I will be back even if I am not staying at the hotel/resort.

Our server was so nice and pleasant. The breakfast was really good and fairly reasonable. The pancakes were huge and yummy. The home fries were good too!

What an awesome and informative tour! $15 for a 2.5-3 hours spent on site with a tour is well worth it!

The main draw of this restaurant is its convenience for hotel guests. We ate breakfast two days and it was pretty good - not destination-worthy, but hearty and convenient and with good service. The wait staff are very efficient and look out for all tables and not just their own. Prices are reasonable too - about $12-15 per person for breakfast.
