I recently visited Gold Mine Bar & Grill and had a great experience overall. The staff was very inviting and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Nice restaurant on site which is convenient. Nice view of the pool which was great. Food prices are what you can expect. Went for breakfast and also dinner once. Food was good.
The only restaurant inside the resort with a decent menu and overlooks the pool.
Food was decent here but overpriced. Drinks were overpriced as well. Atmosphere was not too bad. Not a bad option while at the Holiday Inn.
The western burger and ceasor salad tasted great. Not a fancy place but worthwhile to come if you’re staying at Holiday Inn. Forgot to take pics of the food, here the menu’s instead.
Loved the service the food was delicious the best chicken wings I've ever had and the drinks were perfect!!

I was full from the burger but after the experience, I had to have the Chocolate Lava Cake. Another home run!!

Our server was so nice and pleasant. The breakfast was really good and fairly reasonable. The pancakes were huge and yummy. The home fries were good too!
What an awesome and informative tour! $15 for a 2.5-3 hours spent on site with a tour is well worth it!
The main draw of this restaurant is its convenience for hotel guests. We ate breakfast two days and it was pretty good - not destination-worthy, but hearty and convenient and with good service. The wait staff are very efficient and look out for all tables and not just their own. Prices are reasonabl
