Of course, with being inside of a mall, there are going to be long lines, and snobby representatives here and there but we deal with it...WHY YOU ASK.... WELL, because of the deliciousness we know we are going to always endure with an Auntie Anne's Pretzels 🤤🤤

The food was good as always. I gave it a four rating strictly based off the customer service experience. Basically know what you want, pay, goodbye. No kind of smile, hello or thank you. Customer service could definitely be better.

Come here all the time! Staff is super friendly, fast, and clean always see them washing hands and using gloves. Pretzels are always hot and they are willing to do a fresh one if you have the time to wait, totally worth it I highly recommend!

Amazing pretzels, lightly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Visited 4 different cities in the US recently and looked for this franchise in every single one!

Very friendly staff. Located inside a casino in the food court but far enough where you're not inhaling smoke while eating. this is a chain so if you been to one anne's you been to them all. The product is delicious. I had the garlic parmasean pretzel and it was a great treat before I went to the movies. The garlic was just right and you got a nice saltiness butterness from the parmasean.

I went with my mom and my sister and her boyfriend the Uber driver drove us to Las Vegas Shopping Outlets and then dropped us off at the Shopping Outlets and then went to the food court and went to Auntie Anne's and ordered our food and the cashier did good customer service and the men's bathroom it was cleaned
