Panera Bread

Ok let me tell y’all so I get here early before they open I specifically want a bread bowl soup cheddar broccoli ok I come in it isn’t ready until 10 ok so I leave and come back lol I come back and it’s gone right at 9 or 10 whenever lol so the young lady at the front desk asked me did I want something else very nice and she was apologizing I was willing to wait and come back when they had more seeing as I already paid for my food and didn’t want a refund. So as I waited I was given a frozen lemonade for my troubles which was exquisite by the way lol and then someone went and rushed a new bowl of soup for me which was extreme nice because it was going to take an hour. The food was amazing and the service was even better I just want to say thank you guys again for the GREAT customer service

Parking is ok, food is decent looks clean but when I took the pager to wait for my order it felt sticky, table I sat at also sticky so I asked for something to wipe the table off, so I did get handed a wet cloth to clean up my own table and I wiped the pager but it needed more time to clean it than I was willing to do myself. Ew. So if you’re expecting a clean table or clean pager you’re out of luck unless you’re doing it yourself. Wait, was it very busy, no it wasn’t.

The manager is so kind, I’m a mess and didn’t bring any extra money except a gift card. I’m having a really hard day, he was so understanding and I was extremely embarrassed. He had to go through and take some stuff off for me, they had already bagged 2 pastries for me and he let me have them. Literally having such a hard day, that was really nice.

Conveniently located off US 95 on Lake Mead. There's other businesses located in the shopping plaza. Panera Bread is on the corner at one of the entrances. There's a parking lot shared by all businesses in the plaza. There are handicap parking spaces should you need this. This is my first time at this location. I was in the area and decided to try them. Upon entering, I was greeted by the staff. I placed my order and it was read back to me. I was asked if I'm a rewards member. The cashier told me of available rewards I have and when they expire. It wasn't crowded. The restaurant was clean. I'd recommend this location.
