I am always greeted by the general managers at the cashier and he/she listens to me carefully to take the order as explained.

Sin City Burger Was Bomb!! Clean and Fast Service! Definitely hit this spot if your in Las Vegas you won't be disappointed!

Enjoyed eating here with my son last year, so we went back this year. Really good menu, sides, etc. and prices are reasonable. Burgers are made when you place your order..and made exactly how you want..unlike fast food burgers that are made ahead of time with all the same condiments!!!

Delicious! Unique selection of flavors with their specialty burgers and build-your-own burger options. The Smash fries are tasty even barren of condiments or sauce. The only downside is the price, but then if it were any less you might just eat here every day and then it wouldn't be special anymore.
Right next to UNLV and really good burgers and fries, always a good place to stop if you want to walk out feeling stuffed with good hearty food, i cant wait for my next time going

Food was perfect. Beef tastes like beef and you won't get fries like this anywhere but home--assuming you have oven skills.

Clean, Great presentation, Fast and Professional Service. Burgers were a little on greasy side but overall good experience. I usually only leave reviews when service is bad but I’m changing that! Would go back I won’t hold the burger against them.
My friend & I love Smashburger? The burgers are delicious & we love both the regular & sweet potatoes fries.

The staff here is always very friendly! Rumel in particular is a very kind manager. I’ve visited quite a few times and I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences. The Smashburger is awesome, their salads are also awesome. My only cause of concern is they have quit carrying fried dill pickles. This used to be my favorite place to get fried dill pickles but they stopped carrying them. So alas, when I need a friend dill pickles fix, I need to go elsewhere. But
Amazing smash fries and amazing dipping sauce to go with it. Also amazing burgers. Great service from Russell. Really good price too. Definitely recommend this place even if you aren't a fan of burgers.
Might be the best burger chain in America. Food always consistent... Customer service is key at this particular location. It is by UNLV campus... so not a tourist hub... Great food..easy parking...be prepared to be full.
