Seabreeze Cafe

I recently dined at Seabreeze Cafe in Mandalay Bay. I opted for the pesto chicken and fries, which turned out to be a decent choice. My wife, on the other hand, went for the chicken waffle sandwich. We started with tea, but I must say it was on the pricier side at $6, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst I've ever had. I quickly swapped it out for something else. My wife tried a Shirley Temple. Service at Seabreeze Cafe was notably quick, with the staff working efficiently in teams. The highlight of the meal was my wife's reaction to the chicken waffle sandwich. She claimed it was the best she'd ever had. As for the food on my plate, the fries were delightful, and the chicken sandwich was pretty good. All in all, Seabreeze Cafe offers a pleasant dining experience with some hits and misses in terms of food and beverages, but it's worth a visit, especially if you're a fan of chicken sandwiches.

I had the yogurt parfait and really liked it. Hubby had the All American Breakfast. The place is warm and inviting, bright decor. Waitress was great. I’m giving “service” four stars bc we had to wait in line for 50 min while the place was maybe half full. I would recommend any other restaurant in Mandalay Bay if you see a line at Seabreeze.

Very cheerful atmosphere and kind servers. The food was beautiful and delicious - I couldn't decide what to get because of all the amazing options! I also went during the Taylor Swift fan brunch and got the Lavender Haze Lemonade which was a cool idea but a basic drink. The strawberry crunchy French toast and nutella pancakes were absolutely amazing once they finally came. The service was slow and it took a while for my family of 3 to be seated even though there were empty tables. Overall I would come back for the great food options offered here.

What a great way to start the day! The Seabreeze Cafe has an atmosphere that reminds you of a beach villa. The eggs Benedict and omelette were exceptional. Our server Naveed was great! Be sure to ask for him if you want top-notch service. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you are staying in Mandalay Bay.
