Nice drive through staff, but the drinks never have enough ice in them so drinks are usually warm and the sweet tea is always old with the burnt taste

This specific location is okay.... I wish they would train the employees better. The wait in the drive through is ridiculous most of the time. Sometimes my breakfast sandwich is cold or made wrong. Otherwise, I have to say that this is in a very convenient place.
