Endless tortilla chips and salsa, who doesn’t love that? We had a larger party yet the service was attentive with refills and placing our order. Food was pretty good and atmosphere was fun. This place is good for crowds or just anyone wanting Westernized Mexican food. We shared the mix and match plate which was a sampler of all their signature dishes. It was pretty yummy and enough for two people. Place is situated in the indoor mall area of the hotel and casino so it might be a little harder to find if you’re in a hurry since the walk might be a little overwhelming. Overall, this place is a good option to have in Vegas.

Hats off to the chef, everything I had was spectacularly incredible! Finger licking, melt in your mouth, taste bud poppin realness!!!
From the perfectly salted chips and 2 different salsas, to the zesty-full flavored ceviche and the melt in your mouth birria tacos... I wanted to head out back and shake the chefs hand! Everything was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing!
Now the drinks.... I like a bartender that pours without a spout. My margarita was strong and delicious!

David the waiter was very kind. When I mentioned no cheese he asked if I needed to avoid all dairy. Which was a nice touch to not have to worry about it while trying a new restaurant. He also remembered when we came back two days later. The food was delicious! The chicken was tender and the sauces had amazing flavor.

Pretty good food!! Had a list of vegan food options when coming into town & this place happened to be a quick 5 minute walk from my hotel.
Ordered online & food was ready in ~20 minutes, which was awesome because I was worried it would be a lot longer.
Burrito was good, lots of filling and pretty tasty. Got chips and guacamole, which was alright. I've had better, but certainly no complaints about this one. Best part was probably the Elote - which was well charred & seasoned. Very salty & a fair bit of lime.
Overall I was happy with my order - and thrilled that they had decent vegan options. I would be happy to eat here again!

Fresh food and big portions. Very friendly staff. Service is fast and they bring free tortilla chips & salsa. We had a salad and a chicken chimichanga. Both excellent.

I can usually sense the quality of a Mexican cantina by tasting their chips and salsa. That was just the first hint that this place is great. I enjoyed some taquitos and a beer as well. Definitely recommend stopping by this place.

Salsa with chips were very good. Salad was just ok but enchiladas were better. My son really liked his stacked barbacoa quesadillas. Love that they have vegan meat options. Unfortunately they were out of vegan fish and carnitas. Live music was fun.

A little gem hidden in the top shopping section of Mandalay Bay! The food was amazing, so much we ate here twice on a 4 day vacay... the servers were great, the margaritas were amazing, and the food was delicious.

The burrito was decent and smothered with sauce. Lived the California styled burrito option with avocado and fries inside. The service was good at the bar. Peak times are harder to find a seat, but bar seating was adequate. The food was served fast.
Looks like they claim to have invented Margherita, an interesting story, at least.

Delicious food. I loved the fish tacos and shrimp fajitas! Attentive service and nice staff. Live music (a 3-people Mexican band whom you can order your song with tips, it’s totally ok if you don’t want to). My wife and I had a very good supper there!

What a great treat! We arrived late in our hotel and this place was open. I ordered fish tacos and it was the best fish tacos I’ve ever eaten in my life! I will miss this place for fish tacos. The mariachi band sounds good when they sing, very festive! It was a lovely evening and we had a great time dining at this place. We definitely coming back in the near future.

Place is inside the shops between mandalay bay and luxor. There are quite a few restaurants here.
We wanted some good margaritas and some good food and ended up here. It is a known fact that food inside resorts is expensive and okish so this place tries to balance them out in the middle
Food portions are huge so keep that in mind before ordering or order slowly after seeing the dish
Margaritas are good and very big menu and dedicated vegan menu so certainly recommend this for decent mexican food and also folks looking for vegan food

I have been at the Hussongs in Ensenada, when I saw the location they have at Mandalay Bay I was really excited because of the menu they have. Mandalay Bay location has The best enchiladas plazeras. Sadly this location on Summerlin is not giving a good name to Hussongs brand. The tacos were horrible, the salsas were really bad and the rice was undercooked. The only good thing was the beans.
But service from waitress was pretty decent. Not coming back. Guys please fix your menu and don't think people doesn't know about what they are eating.

Delicious tacos at Hussong's Cantina with live music, great guitar solos, nice breeze. Boca Park was so many extraordinary restaurants. The menu was dynamic with a huge selection of flavor, a little history about the founder of the cantina, and menu for vegans that I rarely see when eating at restaurants. Tuesday - I got very lucky to discover Hussong's on Tuesday, because they had a Taco Tuesday Special, so all of our friends were buying drinks and tacos for each other while watching TV. Spicy tacos, shredded beef, steak, chicken, mild salsa, fresh ingredients, roasted pork.

The food was horrible. The waitress was great. My beef tacos smelled like fish. Eww. The beans and rice were nasty too. No one was finishing their food. They need to work on their food taste and work with their chef to create something of a better quality. How do you mess up tacos??

Went for a birthday celebration on Sunday afternoon, there was a party of 8. It was 1 hr and 15min before we got to order. The service was horrible, slow and unorganized. Had one girl that had to leave before getting her meal and we had been there over 2 hours. Not impressed with the food but a fun place to hang out for drinks.

I had the carnitas and Barbacoa tacos. They were very gourmet and flavorful. The charro beans and Spanish rice were excellent as well. But the chips and salsa were my favorite. So fresh and good! I will definitely be back here!!
