Mcdonald's

This place is always immaculate, which is shocking for a McDonalds. The food is always made to order, which is also shocking. I have never been to a cleaner McDonalds, nor have I ever had better food at one either. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. All that being said, it’s an extremely inconvenient location, and the wait for your food can be brutal. They obviously can’t do anything about the location, but they should definitely hire faster workers. All I’ve seen there is people lazily walking around without a drop of sweat on their body regardless of the size of the line. Still the best McDonalds in Vegas, tho. Maybe the world?

I ordered two double quarter pounders plain. That's not what I got. One was plain, the other wasn't. Brought it back up to the counter. Instead of making it right quickly, I stood there for 15 min waiting. When I asked what the status was, the employee said I had an attitude. To make matters worse, when I finally got the burger, it was one patty short. Not good at all

I don't know what say I been 49 states few times m I st of the time I fee I am in different country where people don't speak English or don't want to learn English or speak English, terrible Terrible service, after traveling to 2 planes layover for hours then getting to the hotel, slept few hours, I decided I will eat Breakfast at this McDonald's. But after 15 mins of my time and being hungry, Nothing ,they don't know what to do ,terrible Terrible Terrible service, I suggest people needs more training and good customer service scales,so finally I did not get my Breakfast.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/ cheese and a side of Large Fries. Surprisingly, everything was made fresh. Unfortunately when I asked the cashier for two honey mustard she gave me one and said I would have to pay about a dollar for the second. I declined because who wouldn't need two sauces for a large fry with a burger at that? I could have understood if that was the rule if I asked for 4+. Now that's just excessive. Also, not the best at cleanliness and was told to migrate my seating in the middle at my meal because the section I was in was closed. Note: there was no sign of such. Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't a charge on extra sauce (one per item rule), I was not told to move in the midst of my meal, and if they would better their cleaning.

Paid extra just to find out this is yet ANOTHER mcdonalds that doesn't know the difference between a Mcdouble and a Double Cheeseburger. I've never been more disappointed in a company as a whole. Never did I think countrywide a company could get the same thing wrong over and over and over and over again. If anyone asks what they should get for dinner, you bet I'm going to go on a rant about how Mcdonalds doesn't know their own menu and will mess up whatever is ordered.
