Our order: Drinks: Passion me (alcoholic): loved it did not taste alcohol at all tastes like passion fruit juice but you feel alcohol once u finish it. Kids juices : pineapple, orange both are squeezed and bottled. Food: Kids marinara pasta: kids loved it and tasted very authentic Italian. Mozzarella sticks: texture was good marinara Sauce also tasted good but little bland Vegan gargeneli( I am sure I got it wrong) : tasted very very good. Linguini: was good Overall it’s a great place if u are looking for Italian, very well run restaurant, please keep in mind food is little bland for a indian guy used to spicy food but enjoyed going there with family…had wonderful time.

Great food. I thought this restaurant was going to be a bit too trendy, but I was wrong. The food was fabulous annd artful. I ordered the Tagliolini. I was skeptical because it is not normally the type of sauces I like. The flavor was indescribably delicious and complemented perfectly by the truffles. I do not know what exactly was in the dish. It is not really the most aesthetically pleasing either. However, the Tagliolini had a robust, unique flavor that was pure joy from the first bite to the last. I can’t wait to order the Tagliolini again. The prosciutto di Parma appetizer was excellent as well. Generous portion of the good stuff.

Service was impeccable. The food was amazing! Fresh pasta, great sauce! The wine list was terrific, too! My only critique would be that they should have a larger space. They are very accommodating, but the tables are pretty close together. However, it does give you the opportunity to talk to neighboring tables about their food. I know what I want to try next. Definitely recommend you eat at Matteo's!

Exquisite! The fresh made pasta was absolutely delicious! The service was a level above perfect. Our server took her time and made sure we had an amazing experience. The ambiance was warm and comfortable. The decor is modern, yet the dining room still has a classic Italian feel. I was able to make a reservation on a Saturday night at 6pm for an 8pm seating with no issue, and the restaurant was busy. Don't miss this place!

Robert was amazing! A little mix up at the beginning due to massive traffic issues and we had to wait quite some time for our reserved table. We were a little concerned as we were pressed for time as we were going to see U2 and wanted to make sure we arrived on time for the show. As we were being shown to our table we heard the manager (I didn’t get his name)after introducing us to Robert, our server, say to him to make sure that we receive appetizers on the house. Not at all expected but very much appreciated! Once seated we told Robert that we were concerned as it was quite busy and we were pressed for time. He guaranteed that we would be in and out within an hour. In that time we had, cocktails, appetizers, wine and main courses. And true to his word, we asked for the bill after a very non rushed 56 minutes. Did I mention that we were a table of 8! It is never easy to be able offer great service to a group of that size especially on a busy Friday night. He even suggested that we get a cocktail to go to have on the walk to the sphere. A perfect idea! The food, drinks and service were all outstanding! As we were a large group there was an auto gratuity but we left extra on top of it because we were treated so well! Would definitely recommend!

Very noisy and close tables. The food overcame this and we enjoyed the meal very much. The olive bread was well crafted and I was happy to get the quality olive oil with it and the other bread service. I highly recommend the imported cured meats and cheese as a starter to share. The casonzei was great but my favorite dish we tried was the agnolotti. The service was great overall but our waiter had a lot on his plate and struggled to make this experience perfect. I will drop in again to get some more of this great inspired Italian cuisine.

If, like me, you find it difficult to find good Italian cuisine restaurants in US, put your worries away if you dine at Matteo's inside the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. The menu offers an excellent combination of Italian dishes, whether appetizers, primi or secondi, both with meat and/or fish, as well as great vegan options. Execution is very well done, and you could totally believe you are somewhere in Italy as you savor the delicious food. Arguably, in a place like this, I would like to see something even more memorable and innovative. However, that only means I can't fond enough reasons for 5 stars, when 4 are probably too little. Service is also solid, courteous, and friendly. And staff is well aware of whether you are celebrating a special occasion and make you feel a bit special too. Perhaps the only let down is the atmosphere, as the place is really busy (understandably in a Vegas resort) and noisy (coukd something be done with the design to alleviate that?). Yet, if you don't mind that too much and you are not looking for a candlelight romantic evening, Matteo's is a very solid dining choice. Who knows, you may find me there, because I will definitely come back. I am really eager to try more and possibly change this to a 5 star review.

Excellent Italian food inside the Venetian. The prosciutto and creamy mozzarella starter were the perfect way to kick off the meal. I then had the agnolotti which had a frothy Parmesan sauce. It was DELICIOUS. Finished the meal with the panna cotta, it was amazing. Knocked one star off because there was such a long wait to be seated even with a reservation.
