It's good food but kinda pricey

This place was slow, and not so friendly, took two people to get one burger together and over 20 minutes. The place was filthy.
And the food was okay.

Jay is doing a phenomenal job this evening, I was very happy to notice his regular respectful interactions with the other employees with lots of please and thank you over the headsets asking for things like lemonade to be made or other things to be fixed or whatever else but the common respectful tone was very much appreciated while they were quite busy and obviously a little short staffed and then when I complimented him on it he said he really appreciated that because he had just come from another job as well and only had a couple hours sleep so I'd say the guy deserves a raise but generally speaking he's definitely an asset to this place.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you Jay for helping us out! We were struggling to download the app and use the free promotion. We each got the Guac burger and fries. Food was hot and delicious and came out quick

Food was good, guy at the register working the counter was great but the manager needs to work on customer service skills, people skills, and tolerance for people in general. Also, they need to be educated on using the app noneof them knew anything pertaining to it.

We are visiting from Indiana. After reading the other reviews, we were hesitant to try this location.
We had an extremely pleasant experience!! The food was fresh and delicious. The counter staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Restaurant was neat and clean.
We are very glad we took a chance. We will be back again before we leave Vegas!!

Had the western bacon and the big star one with waffle fries. The waffle fries were really good! The burgers too. The place is quite lugubrious, not too nice to dine in. They could really put some effort to make it more inviting.

I’ve had the Beyond Famous combo twice in two days and it’s so GOOD! I ONLY WANT TO EAT THIS BURGER FROM NOW ON! I just know when I return to SC, Hardee’s is not gonna hit like Carl’s Jr. The one time I had it, it wasn’t like this. God, this makes me love burgers again! I can’t even finish these monsters! Everything is good as you can tell! Highly recommend, and the associates are nice and accommodating, very friendly too. Worth the money. 👍🏽

( So sorry I didn’t get your name but the male with sunglasses on Monday midday August 1, 2022) he was very professional and attentive to our needs and deserves a good raise) The gentleman really set the bar for customer service and should be recognized. Ordered chicken bbq burger combo for my lunch. Chicken is tasty but a bit dry. In general, service is fast and staff are very friendly. Clean and quiet. A good place to go for quick meal or refreshments.
