Pizza Rev

PizzaRev is one of the first pizza restaurants to take "have it your way" to new heights. You pick your own dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. There are six different crusts! Even cauliflower, the newest craze. There's gluten-free, of course. There are over 30 different choices of cheeses and topping, all right there displayed before your eyes. I wanted everything! And you can have everything because all the pizzas are one price; they don't charge per slice. I mixed up the cheeses and made a three-cheese pizza (mozzarella, feta and parmesan). Then I added fresh mushrooms and meatballs on a regular crust. It was awesome. I couldn't eat the whole thing, so I took it home and reheated it. It was even better day 2! The restaurant menu posts calories of every ingredient, so you know what you're ingesting if you can do the math. A small pizza has six large pieces and easily feeds two. The restaurant serves beer and wine too. No one has to agree on the pizza because everyone can craft their own. A great way to share a meal with friends!

This was my first visit. I will definitely return. They are positively responsive to food allergies. When I asked for a GF crust, I was asked Preference or Allergy? When I responded allergy, Michael (my host) cleaned an oven tray and went to the back and pulled out segregated ingredients. He even cleaned off utensils. PizzaRev also carries dairy free cheese (another allergy of mine). I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a pizza with all of my food allergies. It was a wonderful experience. The food was only surpassed by the professionalism, courtesy and wonderful service I received. PizzaRev - I give you High Praise

Pizza was delicious! I think a bit over priced for what you get, especially if you're trying to eat "healthier" +3.00 for cauliflower crust. The pizza artists were excellent with their customer service and the store manager truly understands how to keep her customers coming back! Service will always win my heart and 5 stars

I love this place! They understand a gluten allergy and actually either bring a new staff member to make that pizza or the entire line changes their gloves on the spot! They offer vegan cheese and if your pizza is to go, they actually open each box to show the pizza to the customer. Staff is friendly and they know what they're doing. The price can't be beat either!
