Broken Yolk Cafe provides a great spot for a meal. The menu features a lot of breakfast fare along with burgers and other sandwiches. Lots of dietary restrictions accommodated. Omelets come with starches on the side or fruit cup in large pieces. French toast especially buttery. Gluten free pancakes fluffy. Avocado toast topped with a pair of poached eggs. Interesting drink options in hot or iced coffee and tea along with plenty of alcoholic options. Wait staff extremely attentive, even when restaurant at capacity. Hostess creative in getting larger parties seated quickly. Can eat inside or outside. Definitely worth a stop.

I've visited The Broken Yoke in Las Vegas twice now, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast or brunch. Nestled within the vibrant Town Square, it offers not only an exceptional dining experience but also a great location surrounded by a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. During my recent visit, our server, Will, was outstanding. His knowledge of the extensive menu and helpful suggestions in each category greatly enhanced our dining experience. The menu's diversity is impressive, catering to a wide array of tastes. Additionally, the manager's personal visit to our table to ensure our satisfaction and extend their gratitude for our patronage was a heartwarming touch. The restaurant's ambiance is versatile and welcoming, with three distinct seating areas: a lively bar known for its colorful brunch concoctions, a cozy main dining area, and a semi-enclosed patio equipped with heaters and misters, making it comfortable regardless of the season. As far as the food, on this trip we opted for the Cali Breakfast Burrito – a delightful mix of scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, homefries, and avocado, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. This hearty dish was accompanied by Mexican rice, refried beans, and salsa fresca, creating a perfect blend of flavors and textures. My partner enjoyed the Caprese Benedict, a unique twist on a classic with its combination of arugula, fresh mozzarella, tomato, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and a pesto basil drizzle, all served atop a toasted English muffin. A particularly notable feature for tech-savvy diners is the integration with Google Maps. You can check the current wait times and even add yourself to the waitlist right from the app. This convenient feature is a game-changer, especially given the restaurant's popularity and potential for long waits.
