I've been to a few of these in the west and my experiences has always been amazing. I only go on Friday or Saturday when they have the prime rib special. Came here with my family this morning and it was a great atmosphere and good food. We had a kind waitress and we liked that fact that other waiters were kind enough to bring out food and refill our coffee. Large portions of food for good prices, overall we will be back

The main man running around and making sure everyone is happy is amazing at his job. My memory suck so I don't remember his name. He seems to be Mexican~American. He cares about the customer and goes above and beyond to make the experience comfortably fun!
Service was a bit slow. I think there were a few things that they were doing that added stress and added work to themselves. But I do love Black Bear. Food is always good and portions are excellent! I miss the original decor, but the new corporate look is decent for a chain restaurant.
The service was outstanding, even the customers inside were friendly. The food was great. The portions were above average and the little things made a huge difference, for example the salad dressing was thick and not watered down. Have to say their chili and corn muffins have been the best I’ve had

The food was great and the service was excellent. We came in on a Saturday evening and our waitress was very friendly and nice. Food was Excellent! Atmosphere was nice, quiet and relaxing, music could be turned down a little, but it's no big deal. I will definitely be coming back!
The outside look of the restaurant is unique. The decor on the inside is cool for a restaurant. This restaurant location has good amount of parking. The menu was designed in newspaper style. The coffee has some strength. The pot roast was pretty good and worth the wait.
