Our server was Will. He and all the other staff were amazing. Will went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meals. The view is amazing. And the atmosphere was arm and welcoming. We dined in. Thank you Will and everyone here. You are all so great.

Wonderful restaurant! I sat at the bar and Chris was amazing. The oysters and tuna tartare was delicious to start with. The bolognese was fabulous! I highly recommend dining here.

Lovely views of the city along with delicious food and top-tier customer service. The Seabass was probably the most moist fish I’ve ever had in my life. Their dinnerware was very pretty too. It made the experience even better. I would definitely come back here again and recommend anyone to stop by.

The diamond of the desert, this gem of a restaurant has somehow flown under the radar, but it deserves a spot on the top 10 best restaurants of Vegas. From the starters, to the mains, as well as dessert, this spot is undeniably educated in their techniques and quality of both food and service. If you’ve got a chance or a thought to visit, do. You won’t regret it.

Magical, Vetri Cuccina is simply the best Italian restaurant this side of Italy. Food was delicious, inventive, and excellent across the board. Don’t miss the almond tortellini- heavenly. Wine list is stocked with excellent choices. Staff was knowledgeable, engaging, helpful, and timely without being in the way. View is the best in Vegas. None is better. The view alone is worth the trip, frankly. Tables are well placed in the space, making for a private and intimate space yet maximizing access to the spectacular view. Cocktails were excellent as well- be sure to try the brown-butter Manhattan- unique and inventive twist on an old favorite. Business meal, anniversary, Friday evening out- Vetri Cucina is sure to impress.

Went to Vetri Cucina at the Palms Hotel on Saturday night with my friend. This is a beautiful restaurant that served us an unforgettable dining experience, combining a stunning view, fantastic cocktails, and exquisite food. Perched high above the glittering Las Vegas strip and valley, the restaurant boasts a breathtaking panoramic vista of the city's iconic skyline. The ambiance was nothing short of spectacular, with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing us to indulge in the mesmerizing city lights while enjoying our meal. We first sat at the bar waiting for our table, their cocktail program was perfect, we indulged in the Blood orange Spritz (with Blood Orange Gin, Blueberry-Fibiscus syrup, Indian tonic and Cinzano Prosecco) and it was dreamy, and the bartender was wonderful , he willingly took our photos and recommended libations based on our tastes. This beautiful restaurant had exceptional food offerings. Under the expert guidance of renowned chef Marc Vetri, the culinary team presented a menu that celebrates the richness of Italian cuisine while adding modern twists. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are meticulously curated to create delicious dishes. We had the Burrata salad to start and moved on to the Almond Tortellini and the Spinach Gnocchi, both absolutely divine. We finished with one of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever had, Chocolate Praline Tart with Salted Caramel and Cocoa Nib Gelato. We were also provided with top-notch service from the entire staff. These talented individuals don't just excel in crafting delicious drinks and service but also contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Their expertise and friendly demeanor enhanced our overall dining experience, making our visit a memorable and enjoyable one. Definitely a must visit if you’re in Vegas.

This was LITERALLY one of the best Italians meals that I have ever eaten. Everything was perfect! The view. The service. The atmosphere. And the food was divine! I only took 1 picture because I couldn't resist eating the other dishes when they arrived at the table. I can't say that I had a "favorite". Every dish was its own star! We had the zeppole, the arugula salad, the burrata, the bolognese, the mushroom ragu, the bavette, and the pistachio cake. This meal was worth EVERY penny of my hard-earned dollars!

I love Vetri, it is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Vegas. I have been for for dinner many times now before the pandemic and then when it re-opened afterwards. I continue to go back. The view is always amazing and so is the food. I agree that the pasta portions are smaller than your average Italian restaurant on the strip, but this is not an average Italian restaurant. I feel like it reminds me more of a "French" version of Italian plating. I recommend ordering two pasta dishes as well as other appetizers. They also give you a complimentary small dessert at the end of the meal. I have never left hungry. The service is good but also a bit nondescript.
