Abby from the Starbucks at Cosmo is amazing! She was very personable, truly brightened up my day.
I had another awesome experience at this location Dafne the cashier was so sweet and amazing. She greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond with taking care of my order!

It's was inside a hy vee store. But the customer service was not so great. She was to busy telling us she was alone not working and we had to keep saying we have to go.

Seating is probably intentionally not very comfortable, so people won't stay too long. Otherwise, it would be a good place to people-watch for a minute. Food and beverages were adequate. They were out of a number of items.

Busy but cute! Right inside the cosmopolitan hotel. Great service, same product as all other Starbucks. It felt a bit pricier but everything does in vegas. Perks of Vegas were cure tumblers from Starbucks with Vegas and casino illustrations on them. So cute. Definitely collector items for some people. Only problem was all the doors on the outside that led to the strip were blocked off and you had to go through the casino to get in and out.
