I discovered this nice little place on a casual stroll in the Silver Seven casino. Surprisingly the front desk of Silver Seven were not aware of this cafe and instead asked me to cross the street since their only little mart shop was closed earlier than expected. The service at City Cafe was superb

Decent by casino hotel standards. A dinner entree with pork chop cost ~20 after tax and tips. The pork is somewhat overcooked and tough, but overall palatable. Server is courteous and attentive. Note that they are closed for dinner from Monday to Wednesday (as of 5 mar 2023).

I ate breakfast this morning. I ordered take out. My meal was really good. It was a lot of food for me. I ordered Steak & Eggs. My steak was cooked as I like it med rare, scrabbled eggs, hash browns, and toast with a mug root beer. Really enjoyed eating relaxing in my room.
