Max's Restaurant

We had the fried chicken (Max's specialty), fried garlic rice and lumpia. Halo-halo for dessert. The service was a bit slow as we were overlooked while other patrons were well-attended. Another detraction was the Halo-halo wasn't served with the traditional ube ice cream... another white ice cream, not sure whether it was vanilla or a mildly-flavored coconut.

My family wanted to eat here. Filippo fam visiting from Colorado and raved about this place. I don’t eat meat at all, but thanks to the reviews I knew what I could have. They have a lil section for vegetarians. Family style dishes. Great for the everyone. On the way out we gave our left over food to a man outside that needed it. We got him water and utensils and made our experience well worth it. No one should go without food and what we have left over is a blessing for others. I hope more folks can share if they can when they can. The food was delicious everyone said and they will go back tomorrow haha. Great staff, nice vibe and spacious. I would go back again with my family.

It was my first time having Filipino cuisine and I loved it. The food was juicy and full of many rich flavors. Everything was cooked well. The place itself was big and great for entertaining and big groups. Order anything as I am sure that it will satisfy your taste buds. Make sure you add some of the side sauces. I hope you enjoy. I will drive all the way from Centennial Hills to the city of Las Vegas to go to Max’s Chicken Restaurant. The food here is amazing. They are very clean. The workers have amazing work ethics! They have great customer service, fast and efficient. You get a feel of home when you come in with their bamboo decor. The foods I highly recommend are: Kare-Kare, Classic Sisig, Bangus Sisig, Lumpia Shanghai, Garlic Fried Rice, Palabok, BBQ, and of course their best Fried Chicken. I have been here several times trying different things before making this review. What I do not recommend is their Sinigang, Lechon Sisig, and Fresh Lumpia. It was really ok tasting. Their desserts I believe are all delicious! I have had them all. They got a killer Halo-Halo you got to try. Thank you for staying in business and still providing impeccable customer service.

We came in here during lunch hour and we were 3rd in line. Angie the server and Justin was very nice. Angie answered our questions patiently and explained whatever we needed to know. Pancit canton was a lil under seasoned but it's ok, we asked for salt & pepper. Garlic rice & the full chicken were delicious! Yumyum! Thank you!
