The food was excellent. Really great service from the staff. I had the brisket soup with extra wide noodles. It was superb and the broth was perfect. You can't forget the chili oil. I recommend this place to anyone who loves noodles. All the side dishes was good also. Especially the fried rice an
Our favorite was the spicy won ton on the Appetizer menu. Even decided to add the leftover sauce in our soup. That and the soup was really good. We didn't care much for the stir fry. It's a fun atmosphere as you can see them making the dishes in the back. We went on a weekend. They were really busy
Our family thought this noodle shop was better than Sheng. Noodles (we got knife cut) were much chewier and had a more satisfying bite and flavor. The soup base is a push with Sheng. Tried Dan Dan, spicy pork, and beef noodle soup. All very good. Dan Dan had some nice numbing as well. Fried rice was
The food here is delicious and authentic. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The hand pulled noodles are fantastic and the flavors are mouthwatering. This place does get busy and there tends to be a wait list almost all times of the day. The average wait time is about 20 minutes
This strip mall noodle shop is good enough to compete in the tight market of Southern California. The hand sliced noodles are fun to watch them been made and good to try them if you haven’t done so already. We also had the pork belly fried rice. You don’t often see this dish on Chinese restaurant’s
Amazing! When we went there was a wait list to be seated. That’s when I knew this place must be good! 😂 Spicy Wontons: 1000/10 Braised Pork Belly Fried Rice: 10/10 Chinese Beef Burrito: 10/10 Spicy Beef Brisket Knife Cut Noodles: 7/10* *We didn’t looooove it like everything else but it was good. Th
After living in Shanghai for 3 years, I had been on the hunt for some delicious noodles! Even though they aren’t shanghainese noodles they are still pretty damn authentic to the shanxi province! We got the most ordered short rib with wide noodles , the spicy dumplings, and the minced beef with wide
In A Nutshell: -The Magic Noodle is a place to fill your noodle cravings. -Especially if you love Asian hand-pulled noodles made in house, fresh. -This is a very popular restaurant so don't be surprised if you see a full house & have to wait. -I tried their Schzuan Beef Brisket Noodle w/ the Knife
Awesome! Last time I saw noodles made like this was Chelsea market in New York City. And it was just as good as Chelsea. We will be back!!! At 4 PM the place was packed. Fortunately, we did take out.
The magic noodle was worth the wait for sure. If you want some authentic Chinese noodles this is the place to go. I got the spicy wontons which might have been some of the best food I’ve ever had. The beef brisket soup was also good, although I’ll say Shang artesian is a little better and less of a
Exceptional quality of food, and amazing open kitchen view so you can see the magic first hand!Chinese Beef Burrito was nice and crispy, the Flat Wide Noodles in my chow mein were superb! Watching the man do his magic when making the knife cut noodles and the hand pulled noodles really added a nice
Very authentic indeed. I like the la (spicy) not so much the "ma" which is the numbing part from peppercorn. So C3 Beef brisket noodle was just fine for me. I add the chili oil from them to spice things up without the numbing effect.
Really good dishes. I couldn't believe myself when I tried a spicy dish, and the heat level was not that bad. There was a nice build up to the heat. The staff looked like they enjoyed working there. The guy that made the noodles danced a little while his coworkers got a kick out of him. Hopefully,
Wow. Simply wow. The Magic Noodle is always busy with a line and/or crowd for a reason. This place is absolutely amazing. Whether you're dining alone, grabbing takeout or meeting a group of friends, the Magic Noodle is a good place to add to your list! The food comes out fast and is incredibly affo
Really tasty and fair prices. Two appetizers and two entrees was under $40. Spicy wontons and dumplings were similar, but we didn’t complain as they were so delicious. The Dan Dan noodles were good (we chose hand pulled noodles), but the Kung Pao Chicken (with knife cut noodles) were excellent. My d
We found this place by searching Google for Asian noodles nearby. We got there 10 minutes before opening and there were already a line formed. Luckily, we were able to get a table and ordered right away. Highly recommend the Chinese beef burrito and beef stee noodles. We liked it!!
[Above all, will I be back?] As the name of restaurant represents, the noodles were so magical! The soup were nice and hearty I was so loaded and happy when I opened the door to leave :) As a Vegas local, I will drop by this place when I am in the area. I chose knife-cut type noodles this time which
We had to wait a good minute to be seated. The place was completely pack however when we were seated the the food was brought out pretty quick. The food was good and you can the noodle being made in front of you.
This place is worth the wait if you go. The line moves fast. When we arrived they said 2-3 hours and it took only one starting from 25th in line with a huge group in front of us. The spicy wontons were delicious.
