This place made my day. I needed eats and drinks while heading down the Strip and I came across La Salsa at Caesar's Palace, and there was no regrets. I would usually expect free Salsa and Corn Chips, so was a bit disappointed to pay $5 for the Salsa Flight, but the 4 Salsa's were amazing, with refills of everything. The Green Chili Burrito was awesome, flavourful, hot, with good success. But the best part was the service, everyone was excellent, refilling drinks and salsa, checking I had what I needed, and generally making me feel welcome. I'll be back.
