Real Donuts

I'm really glad we found this place. We actually tried to go to pinkbox near the convention center, but the parking lot was closed due to SEMA. So we came here to Poppy's and man, glad we did. The donuts are awesome. Good selection, and they were all very tasty. We also ordered their cold brew coffee, and that was great, too. Definitely our new go-to stop.

I found this place through my many searches online for a blueberry fritter. I found out they have lots more than that for alternative donuts. There's huge ring donuts. Wednesday through Friday, there's "volcanos," which are buttermilk filled with raspberry or Boston cream in buttermilk form. There's pineapple fritters on Fridays, and at least Friday has basically donut sandwiches that are whipped cream strawberry, chocolate, or caramel macchiato. There's maple with graham cracker pieces some days. They're really good donuts. They also have a good selection of sugar free syrups for coffee. The only downside is there's very limited hours.

Very small quaint little shop. We got a box of the day old mixture. Lots of donuts for 7.50. We also got the croissants. I thought they were cooked on the spot but they are already made just reheated. Location is tough has you are approached by a lot of homeless. Some very nice others not so much as with all classes of humans. Much better quality donuts than dunkins for sure

Tried this Donut place mid morning, it was empty luckily. I would imagine this place gets packed since it's right across from UMC hospital. Cute valentine decorations! Staff: very friendly. Only 1 person to handle the orders. No robots. Donuts: very tasty. No old oil taste. A bit smaller than other places but it made up for that in taste. I will go back and try the other donuts.
