Upscale experience and great steak make One Steakhouse an off Strip must visit. We had a solid meal at One Steakhouse at the Virgin Hotel. It’s a Classy, more hip upscale restaurant. It’s not a stuffy, traditional operation. And mind you, I’m a fan of the tradition red leather booth style steakhouses. The Music was loud but we could talk. Pretty much strip pricing but maybe 10-15% below strip for some items. So bring your wallet. Good cocktail and wine list. Above average service. Tables cleared quickly and professionally. Two thumbs up to Mo and team. Delicious well seasoned and prepared steak. We will return without hesitation.

Our dining experience was absolute perfection!! We are Vegas locals and have eaten at 90% of the steakhouses on the strip and this one is at the top of our list. Every dish we had was flavorful and beautifully plated. The hamachi crudo was excellent, The steaks were perfectly cooked, the potato gratin and mushrooms in a truffle cream sauce were delicious. We sat at the bar with Matthew who was knowledgeable and the epitome of hospitality. I can’t wait to return!!

Hubby and I were excited to try this steakhouse after reading good reviews! We love trying different steakhouses and this definitely hit as one of our choices when we are in the area! We tried their porterhouse for 2 with brandy peppercorn crust and peppercorn sauce on the side! Steak was cooked to our liking and the peppercorn sauce complemented the steak but would prefer without the crust we added. Ambiance was really elegant and staff were accommodating and well-informed. It’s a great place for fine dining with friends and families. Highly recommend!

The Tomahawk steak was amazing! Didn't think I'd like it with the jalapeño but it was surprisingly good. We also did the seafood platter, food was good but expected more for the price. Specialty drinks are well-rounded and offer something for just about any taste bud. Service was done with a smile! I will definitely go back!
