When we moved from Vegas, Oyshi was at the top of our list of things we'd miss the most. It's fantastic to know that even 10 years later it's still at the top of its game and even more delicious than I remembered.

Great AYCE sushi - 4.2 stars. They are only second to Sakana. It’s been a week since I’ve been here, and I’m still drooling thinking about it. The rice to fish ratio is good. Rice is done properly. Oysters 🦪 were delicious 🤤 Their special nigiris were on point. Near the end, the waitress was getting tired (because I can inhale an ungodly amount of 🍣). So they started stacking on filler rolls. Which didn’t slow me down of course :) Other than that, I have no complaints. Better quality and service than “It’s Sushi”. Sakana > Oyshi > It's Sushi

Oyshi is my favorite all you can eat spot in Vegas. I didn’t catch her name, but our server went above and beyond tonight. Looking forward to my next meal there. Thanks for the great service!

I loved AYCE at oyshi. You would think them being AYCE their appetizers or other hot plates might not be so great but not here not at Yoshi every single menu was on point :) my favorite was definitely Nuclear Bomb this is their Must Try menu

I love this place! The sushi is always incredible, the AYCE price is fair and comparable to other places, the staff are friendly and present. They play modern music at an enjoyable volume. The sushi tastes fresh and the presentation is fantastic. In my photos, I ordered the Rainbow (salmon, tuna, yellow tail, shrimp), the Nyi (tuna and spicy crab), and the Spider (crab/shrimp tempura) and I devoured them! If you’re looking for a new sushi place, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Came in with a reservation of 30. Restaurant had a 5 servers ready for us. All you can eat. It was a lil crowded where we were seated at near the entrance, but we made it work. Servers made sure to take care of us, & catered our orders well. We may had easily eaten 50+ rolls that night. Decent wait time, but coming in with a party our size is impressive. I’d recommend anyone to eat here.

Service wasn't very quick, but the ambiance was nice. Food was good, too! We got: *Regular Salmon sashimi = 5/5 (very soft!) *Seared spicy tuna sashimi = 4/5 (didn't really seem seared and I've had better, but it wasn't bad) *Agedashi tofu = 4/5 (I think it would have been better if they had smaller pieces and not a huge piece. However, I did love how the coat was extra crispy unlike the other places) *Oyshi tempura roll = 5/5 Definitely yummy! *Spicy maniac roll = 3/5 Not that great, tuna on top didn't seem that fresh, and there was a strand of hair on the first piece :( *Miso soup = 5/5

Yummy AYCE! Lots to choose from, but also the different types of things you can choose, not AYCE are the same. Good place to try their unique options. I only wish I could get two dessert choices instead of only one, but maybe that's a good thing (I missed some pics, cause I was hungry)

Oyshi Sushi is an excellent sushi and Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas. Their food is fresh, staff friendly and restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is lively with loud music playing in the background. There prices are reasonable for what you get and they offer an all-you-can-eat sushi deal. The restaurant is open late until 2am except Sunday. They have a self check-in station when you enter the door. They will text you when your table is ready. I would highly recommend them. Whenever I’m in Vegas I always stop in for some great food. You can’t go wrong.
