I ordered the shrimp and grits and they were outstanding!!! Grilled Oysters delicious. We were comparing them to NOLAs oysters, and almost as close. My husband ordered the catfish and said it was good but was a little breaded. Overall, the food was very tasty.
Lola's It's simply an amazing place to have your authentic real deal Cajun/Creole New Orleans style food. We're from Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦 and we always go to Lola's while we're in town for the Nascar Race Weekends. The food is out of this world, and always outstanding. We've tried so many items on
Was a fun Happy Hour. Happy Hour drinks were a little higher than other Happy hours we've attended. Ex: Cajun Bloody Mary, $14. Thin glass, but spicy and delicious. Cajun Nachos and a dish of kielbasa jambalaya were highlights here. Nice that that carry beers from local brewreys. Piano player came
Lola's food is Louisiana style cuisine. We had crab cake appetizer, golden catfish and rice, and a Brees po boy with sweet potato fries. We had excellent service. Took home the Banana Foster bread pudding A d sweet potato Pecan pie to have for dessert. I love the decor.
Lola's place is a great atmosphere with wonderful food. Friendly's and fast service they also have entertainment. Mr. Lubnut on the piano, Which was great! The cocktails were delicious, not too strong. James was in the kitchen doing what he do. The restrooms were clean, and it was handicapped access

The crab cakes are phenomenal & the crawfish balls are spicy, yet tasty. The bread on the shrimp po boy is fantastic. Bonus, their tarter sauce is amazing.
Got the Tchoupitoulas (catfish and crawfish etouffee) and Shrimp & Cheese Grits entrees. Both were excellent, very flavorful, with a mild kick of heat. Got the Bananas Foster bread pudding for dessert. It was a bit over the top sweet, so we will try a different dessert next time. The service was
