Smashburger

We were at Rio for the KISS world and stopped in Smash Burger for a quick bite afterwards. Dennis took the time to make sure my wife's order was right (she has some odd dietary constraints). And her order came out perfectly! That don't often happen at a fast food place. The food was well worth the money. You need some good sweet-tea though.

During my recent dining experience at this restaurant, I had the pleasure of trying their black bean burger paired with rosemary tots, and it was nothing short of amazing. As a vegetarian, finding a delicious and satisfying burger option can sometimes be a challenge, but this black bean burger exceeded all expectations. The service at the restaurant was excellent as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about their menu. They made sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. If I were to offer any feedback, it would be that I wished the portion size of the black bean burger and tots was a bit larger, as I simply didn't want the culinary adventure to end. In conclusion, I highly recommend trying the black bean burger and rosemary tots at this restaurant. The flavors, presentation, and service combined to create a memorable dining experience. My avocado and bacon burger was tasty and the tater tots with rosemary were hot snd tasty. I ordered online and arrived early, my order was ready 5 min before the earliest stated time but I was not notified and it was not called out (be warned). The burger was not hot (as others have noted) but this is because a hot patty is topped with cold salad ingredients in a room temperature bun.

The food was good. Made fresh so it was hot. The service was good too. This is a counter service place. You order then sit down and they call you. The fries were just ok, seems like no one has good fries these days. Since it in the casino you never know how busy it's going to be. We went at 9pm and it was not busy. Beware that they started to close at 9:30. By closing we where just finished eating and ready to go.

I had high expectations for this place. Restaurant was clean and employees were professional and friendly. Food was fresh and tasted ok, but does not make it on my list of top burger places. Oreo shake was ok, but I like my shake a little thicker. I don't think I will go out of my way again to eat at another Smash Burger. I am glad I can say that I tried it once.
