They gave me someone else’s food so I called and they said they would take my name down and I could come get it at some point. Well when I went it the manager was very rude and said that she didn’t have me down in the book. Well I told her to call the general manger because he said that we could have the store employees call him if we had any troubles. The manager supposedly called the general manager but she told me that he did not remember any of this happening. They ended up replacing part of our meal, but I’m still very pissed about this. We paid good money to eat at a place like five guys and this was not the experience we should’ve had. They treated us like we were lying or something, even though we had spoken to the general manager himself. ***Editing this to five stars because the general manager handled the situation very well! There was a translation error between the manager and the general manager on the phone, as English was not the woman's first language. He remade our entire order, plus gave us a milkshake, plus a $10 gift card to make up for our troubles!******

The open kitchen showcases their commitment to freshness. However, the prices are relatively higher compared to other fast-food options, which is my only reason for not giving a full 5 stars. The casual and no-frills atmosphere adds to the charm. If you're willing to splurge a bit for a top-quality burger, Five Guys is worth a visit.
