Mcdonald's

The food is fine . What I don’t understand is how they can run this business with no handicapped accessible elevator, it’s broken. It has an escalator which is also broken. I was told by another customer it has been like this for over 6 months. I thought by law they had to provide an entrance for people who can’t climb the long staircase to get into the restaurant . I hope this gets resolved soon.

First off Valerie served me up the best tasting caramel iced coffee i have ever tasted at a McDonald’s and then when i was completed with my meal AJ was there nearly in sync to grab my garbage and throw it away for me!! Who does that?? AJ did and then i witnessed him do it again and quickly and happily empty garbage and clean tables. Great work ethic!! Then there is Katrina, the manager running the shop. Every time i walk into this McDonald’s she is there and patiently working with new employees, impatient customers or drunk homeless folks giving her grief and she does it all with pure poise!! Impressively i have to give this McDonalds a five star review, first they are so busy and have to put up with demanding tourists every minute and to watch them do it with patience and as quickly as they can for what they are getting paid is so impressive to watch.

We came here two times: once for getting a bite for breakfast and another time for grabbing a coffee. It is self-service here: you order through the machines and pick your order at the counter. I felt the prices were higher here compared to other McDonald’ses (although I am not an expert in McDonald’s prices), e.g., a large latte almost 4 usd, a simplies burger 2+ usd. For breakfast we just had a couple of chicken burgers, fries, coke and a coffee. Although it is not very healthy, the food was fine and the coffee was almost great :) we paid 15 usd for everything, quite a budget price. The place has tables inside and outside. Generally everything was clean and the service was polite and fast. There were many pigeons outside fighting for food and very fat sparrows, we fed them also a bit, as they were really fun. Overall a great place, totally worth visiting.
