Shang Artisan Noodle

In my quest for exceptional noodles, this restaurant was a delightful surprise. Having savored noodle dishes worldwide, I was impressed by their high-level noodle-making skills. The texture was perfectly springy and satisfying. Although I couldn't try every item on their menu, the portions served were generous. Despite the busy nature of the place, the service was quite satisfactory. The ambiance, with its unique design, harmoniously brought all elements together, enhancing the culinary experience. The dishes served here are not just food; they're a testament to the art of noodle-making. For anyone craving top-notch noodles, this restaurant is a must-visit. Their ability to deliver quality in both food and atmosphere is commendable. I highly recommend giving it a try for a truly memorable noodle experience.

My first time visiting after their expansion. The dining area is very spacious now and the music is bearable. Before the music was way too loud and the dining room was too cramped for a comfortable meal. The food is on par with what it was before. Consistently high quality. The soup broth was not overly salty like a lot of other soup places. The noodles are superb. The beef pancakes were a little bit doughy and thick. If you come for quality Asian food, this is the place. The service was fast today, but can be inconsistent sometimes.

Wow, just wow I am so impressed by this place. I love hand pulled noodles and have had many in different regions of China. This place is legit. The staff is super friendly and fast minimal wait time minimal wasted effort. The atmosphere is delightful, we Loved watching the master noodle chef pull the noodles apart. The gluten and the consistency of the noodles were spot on. It has an extra chewy taste that elevates it above other noodle places. The taste of the sauce and toppings were also spot on not too heavy not light. The taste is authentic to something you would have in China. Make sure to come early. Put yourself on the waitlist is definitely worth the wait. Good job on your craft.

We ate here at dinner time and waited in line for about an hour. We had cucumber salad and pancake for appetizers and I must say the cucumber salad is really good. It kinda balance the savory dishes. Aside from very tasty soup and tender meat, what stood out for us is the excellent customer service of Gerson. I accidentally spilled some of my Shang noodles and we just asked for some napkins so we can wipe it ourselves but he really went to our table to wipe it himself even if it was really such a busy night. He also made sure to give everything we requested. Very pleasant server definitely deserves a raise and a mention here. I suggest joining the wait list before coming here specially in busy hours. It was worth the wait though. Definitely recommend.

Shang is an extremely popular soup noodle restaurant located on business West Flamingo Road. The options are limited (it is a soup shop after all) and focused on traditional Chinese style dishes. The ambiance is noisy and bustling with a lot of activity buzzing about, including glass windows into the kitchen to see them making the homemade noodles. The resto is organized into two sections, one with tables and the other with a large communal table (think very long picnic table). We ordered the house specialty SHANG BEEF NOODLE SOUP and it was good but there was a strange spice which I could not place. Not bad, just odd to me and I am not the best soup reviewer so I can't say much more...but there are a ton of people coming in so that has to say something. Service was very fast and it took only a few minutes after we ordered for the dishes to arrive. Overall it was good. Enjoy! NOTE: By 6:30pm there is normally a line up so come earlier or use YELP to book an advance seating option...works well and could save you a 30 minute wait.

My friend & I arrived quite early for dinner at around 5:30pm when the restaurant was half empty on a Thursday night, hence we were able to get a table right away. First time here and we ordered mild spice beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodle, beef shank noodle soup with knife cut noodle and the beef pancake. The noodle soups are quite delicious and worth the visit. Yet one server gave us pot sticker with pork meat inside with which we didn’t realize the mistake since we were focused on chatting with each other. The server was quite generous in letting us keeping the dish and waive the charge for it due to their mistake. The beef pancake is juicy so need to be careful when trying to bite. Do not suggest to use the knife that was served along with the pancakes. After 6:30pm the place starts to fill up with non Asian people and ppl start to line up as well. We were lucky to get out before that. Overall speaking the food was delicious and of good value. Adding tips my girlfriend and I only paid $46 in total. Will definitely go back in the future, though I don’t think that I’ll frequent here, since there are other Chinese Noodle places here in Vegas that are good taste, good value and closer to my home. Guess I’m pampered with so many choices of good quality and good value Asian food living in Vegas! Shang Artisan Noodle is definitely one of them though!

You know those places that you eat at and you want to go back and give every other restaurant you've reviewed a lower score because it was so good? This was ours. Google needs to give us the ability to give 6 stars once a year so I can use it on this place. Topped the list of favorites after one visit. Amazing dishes and a spicy food lover's dream. We had the spicy pot stickers, the Shang beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles, seafood soup, with extra pork belly. The broth has a depth of flavor that is incredibly satisfying- rich but not too heavy, spicy but not bitter. Cannot wait to come back and try the other menu items and the knife cut noodles. Since we've heard the wait can be long, we checked in online and we were seated as soon as we arrived which was an awesome feature. Only downside is that it's a little loud. Edit: we've been back a handful of times and it's always been incredible. Dan Dan noodles are also super delicious, but I miss the broth of the soup a little.

Great tasty noodle location. It's fun to watch the noodles being made and watching their craft. We had spicy wonton dumplings, which was my favorite as a starter, along with cucumber salad. Also had the Shang beef noodle and pork belly noodle. Both were spicy with amazing broth. Definitely will return. Very affordable and fast service.

Best Shang Noodles I have ever had by far. The staffs are friendly and quick to take you order. The Shang beef noodles are really good along with the wonton dumplings. Overall the quality of the food is very flavorful, the meat is tender and juice and the sauce is very on point. I highly recommend stopping by here and give this place a try.
