Review Noodles - Las Vegas

V W
It is a nice Cantonese restaurant. The chashu, porridge, fried rice , and mango pudding were tasty. The din sum was pretty good too, although it was not that hot when it was served. It could be perfect if it was hotter. The service was good. The atmosphere was decent but the tables that were close to the entrance were super windy and chilly. Also the cigarette smell was a little bothering. Hopefully next time I can reserve a table that is more inside of the restaurant.

Came back again for their wonton noodle soup. The noodle was very good quality. We ventured out to other traditional Hong Kong style bbq dishes with duck, bbq pork, soya chicken. Crispy noodles were delicious and very crispy. We added the crab fried rice as next table ordered extra. The fried rice was light and super good with the crispy silver fish. It was an excellent choice of taste with texture and taste with the added silver fish.

The staff did what they could do to accommodate the best they could. This was during the hack. Great waitress and the food was fast and good!! I did the tofu with eggplant to die for. Potstickers yummy!! Thank you

Probably the best noodle experience in town. The food here is so authentic and delicious. The service is quick as well. I really enjoyed this place. Must visit if you like noodles and dim sum. Thanks

I had a really nice experience here. The service was very good, our waitress checked on us more than necessary, food was hot and yummy and reasonably Vegas priced. Atmosphere was chill as well. We got the shrimp wonton Ramen soup & Japanese beef pho. I was happy

This place is so good we ate there twice. Can do to go and eat in your room or make a reservation to get a table (highly recommended) but sooo good!

We did the Garden Table experience. This is the first year they are doing it I'm hoping that it won't be the last. Absolutely amazing experience! Alan our server was the best in Vegas. Check it out while you can the food is delicious and the watermelon juice is refreshing. Our favorite is the Sea Bass and Chicken though all of it was great.

Probably one of the best noodle restaurants I have experienced. We ordered the Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles, Noodle Soup, Chicken Chow Mein, Veggie Fried Rice, and Tempura Veggies. There is nothing bad to say about any of those dishes, so yummy and filling. In looking at the food other people ordered, it looked delicious as well. Service was good, and we got our meal fairly fast. We will be back again to try other menu items.

Perfectly prepared Yaki Udon. In particular, the veggies were crisp and flavorful. The price was also excellent for Vegas, at $23. I will return.
Chris Reed
Reasonably priced good Asian food. Thai iced tea is good too. A little hard to find though. Google maps will take you on a tour of the casino, and you will be nowhere near it. It is located, tucked back, and next to the Baccarat Room.

We came by here late in the evening. My wife loved the cucumber thing she ordered as well as her pad thai, and I loved my BBQ pork noodle dish. Prices were very reasonable. If your hungry and want to get a bite on the cheaper side then you can't go wrong here...I really don't understand some of the reviews--it's not like this is meant to be super fine dining, but if you want that, Amalfi was great!...but we dropped $500 there w tip and about $60 here. Service was fast and I felt great about our food.

Fantastic food and excellent service. We had a memorable dining experience.

Busy place. Food is good and service was friendly and helpful with ensuring dishes were vegan. The tea is delicious and plentiful. You can totally share. Dishes were large enough to share. The tofu appetizer was particularly good. I'm not a fan of fully fried tofu but this is just seared on the outside and the inside is soft. Would come again definitely!

This is a beautiful restaurant in Bellagio hotel & casino. Ordered Spicy 🌶 Thai Shrimp Noddle soup 🍜, Chicken fried rice and warm saké. The flavors were fabulous.
Service was nice from everyone.
The fried rice wasn’t as spicy as expected and informed and so was the noodle soup.
Found it to be a little pricey, but I guess that is expected in Vegas...
Ambience was lovely with beautiful decor. Overall a nice place to enjoy a meal.

Warm Saki. Check. Old chinese lady pushing carts of dimsums and wantons. Check. Almond shrimp rolls. Check. Would definitely revisit. Nothing like this on the strip.

Loved it.....the best food....must try udon wok fried noodles. Authentic taste. Steamed pork is too good. And it's opened till 2am!! Perfect after a night of drinking

The place is a fusion of Chinese and other Asian cuisines since they offer some Thai and Korean dishes in the menu. Ordered Spicy Thai Noodles, and it was very good. The kimchi was also flavorful. The place was also bright but there are more people so we had to wait until we got our seats.

Since this city never sleeps, the hungry souls need to be fed a good meal after all the clubbing and casino games! This was our find at The Bellagio after a great night clubbing at the bank. We ordered a couple of things like this Ramen bowl (Noodle bowl), Spring rolls, Fried Rice and Chicken Satay. Originally the noodle bowl wasn't of Chicken but they were kind enough to personalize it for us and the sharp Flavors were insanely satisfying! Since this is the only picture I managed to click, the Satay and Rice were well appreciated by all of us and the server was alert and attentive at all times. Given that one wants to avoid having unhealthy junk food late at night, this is a great option!

We checked in at bellagio and were starving so went to noodles. Ambience is family casual.
Food is average and we were not impressed.
We got edamame which doesn't need any preps.
Fried tofu which was really bad and the mains noodles and mixed greens both below average.
Brian Mc 8
Very nice food, a great variety and at a reasonable price given it's in the Bellagio. We'd definitely go back if we were staying on the strip again! Service was really friendly and efficient.

As a native Chinese travelled in Las Vegas...I really love this place. Being America for several days, all food served cold, suffered enough.... At least, I could find something is newly cooked and served warm... The waitress are so friendly and willing to help.. Gorgeous ~~

Checking in at the bellagio in the afternoon and hungry from the journey, we stopped down at the Noodles restaurant. It's got a good amount of seating and quick service.
We ordered the Hong kong noodles with pork, Kung pao chicken and rice and carrot juice. The food was sumptuous for two people and the flavours were bang on. It was a great meal and weren't too stuffed at the end of it.
Kung pao chicken was crispy, had lots of veggies (so that its healthy) and peanuts in the side (which I love). The Hong Kong noodles had some soup at the bottom, crispy fired egg noodles and big chunk of veggies that made it good eating. The carrot juice was freshly squeezed.

Its a place to be if you are staying at bellagio..!!!
We had been there after watching the de soleil show at Bellagio .The interiors and the food both are amazing..!!!

Situated inside Bellagio, it is expected that it will be pricey but we decided to give it a go anyway. The decor is interesting with row upon row of bottles filled with what looks like herbal medicines. There is plenty of seating and it was comfortable as well. We ordered some dim sum dishes - prawn dumplings, siu mai; dry beef noodles and chicken laksa. The food was pretty good and fresh. Service was also good - our waitress was attentive and happy to help.

We were on a winning streak with great noodle restaurants but our luck ran out here at Noodles. Dining room was noisy, wait staff were few, tables were extremely close and just

Be Prepared to Pay Big Bucks. We stayed at the Bellagio on our way to Utah and went for a late night dinner. The first table they sat us at was next to a group of loud drunken women screaming. I got up and left right away. The host apologized and sat us another table. We had 4 skewers of chicken and 4 jumbo prawn, a small bowl of wonton noodle soup, a beer and glass of wine. $65. Food was good, service was good but as most things in Vegas, overpriced.
Deborah
Sat for about 10 minutes at our table before out server even acknowledged us. Food was good... But wasn't impressed with customer service and friendliness.

Food is average and service is not good. Always line up as they open till late night. Price is ok as restaurant inside casino.

Incredible !!

Disappointing for sure. There is nothing good to say about this place. Service was terrible. Waited in line forever. Waited again for waitress to come to table. She never brought enough of anything to table for ourarty of six. Appetizer of spring roll really was egg roll. Completely forgot one entree. Spicy noodles more like noodles with barbecue sauce. Crab and vermicelli rather tasteless. Beef padthai was the late arrival to the table and not edible. When we finally had enough and wanted something in return we had to say take his meal off the bill. It was awful. Surprised the bellagio doesn't have restaurants of higher quality.
KL
Awful experience. The food was lousy and the sevice was some of the worst i have ever had.
I will never go back.

There's a reason for the line out the door.... Noodles is a little difficult to locate on the Bellagio Casino floor -- but well worth the effort. We arrived before 6 PM and already the line was spilling into the casino. Although noodles are the featured item, entrees of chicken, pork and beef are included on the menu. Wingz are a standout appetizer -- cutsey name aside, bone-in wings are encased in a really cripsy, spicy crust. Shrimp temupura were large and the flavor was exactly what you'd expect.
We go to Noodles for the chicken with ginger/garlic sauce and the dish lived up to it's memory -- tender juicy chicken breast sliced on the diagonal and served with a lucious, chunky sauce of minced ginger and garlic. XO noodles with lump crabmeat is a rich dish of noodles and large chunks of fresh crab.
Service is prompt and friendly and you won't be rushed.

Spicy? No Kidding!. If the menu item ( i had a spicy seafood soup) says spicy, be prepared- it is. Also i waited for years to find a hundred year egg on a menu and there it was. Our waiter asked 'you've had one before?" just to make sure. it is a cultured flavour. Imagine an egg steeped in tea and soy for several months, the white become black anf the yolk becomes blue cheese. a miracle i say.

A Pleasant Surprise. I did not expect much from any Casino restaurants but this was very good. Excellent environment and excellent food. Service was a little slow, drinks coming from an external bar. Apart from that really enjoyed the meal. Good value as well.

Vegetarian friendly. Definitely hit the spot after the Cantonese food cravings. There are 2-3 items on the dim sum menu that are vegetarian. The congee was fragrant and definitely has a good consistency. Would definitely go back. Great place to go if you're hungry for Cantonese food after gambling for a few hours.

HORRIBLE. First time in Vegas, late night at the Bellagio neede to get some food ordered noodle soup with pork. The soup had a fishy taste (and we hate fish) the pork was OK but the noodles was like eating joint compound at $34 for 2 soups we expected it to be great. For $5 in New York Chinatown you can get unbelievable soups.

Fave noodles in sin city. This is a fave noodle place of mine in sin city. we've dined over over 25 times so far and never get tired of the authentic homemade beef noodles washed down with iced coffee. always great for a late nite bite. i saw queen latifah dining in here one time :D

Great food, but horrible service. We ordered tea that they never brought and I had to correct the order for the waitress several times. In addition, we continually had to call the server over to get any help.

That being said, the food was excellent. The chefs really know what they are doing.

If you can stand bad service, I'd recommend this place.

Any time I come to town, whether I stay at the Bellagio or not, I make sure I eat at Noodles. Love It!!! Eat here

Excellent!!. On my last trip to LV, we ate here TWICE it was so delicious! The first time, we all shared: mongolian beef, chicken pad thai, and bbq pork spareribs. Everything was so good...i'd give it 5 out of 5 stars!

Second time: We shared the pan-fried pot stickers for an appetizer--DELISH! The dipping sauce was excellent. I had the shrimp dumplings/wonton soup. It was so tasty...and the shrimp was seasoned so good. My party had sesame chicken and also bbq pork noodle soup. They liked theirs as well. We also shared an order of stir-fried mixed veggies--so healthy and tasty.

The service was very good. You can tell it is authentic Pan-Asian cuisine. Give them a try, it is so worth it!

We ate here everynight of our 6 day stay at Bellagio because I'm a vegetarian and the food was awesome and well priced. The portions were large. The ingredients were fresh. Nothing was over cooked or too saucy. 5 star for me. My girlfriend, a meat eater, agrees.

Very Enjoyable. Had lunch twice during my last visit Bryan our waiter was excellent. This is not an American Chinese restaurant. This is an authentic Hong Kong style establishment. Don't be afraid to strike up conversation with the staff and have them suggest for you. They really are extremely nice and helful, and you don't need to be Asian. Also, if your not by yourself, I would suggest ordering family style so you can enjoy more than just one dish. the Dan Dan noodles were excellent, and the Hainanese chicken was delicious.
Nick
TERRIBLE. The roughly 45 minute wait wouldn't have been bad if the wait staff had been working to turn tables over during it. Also, typically speaking to customers if helpful rather than saying "what you want?" ...Oh and let's not forget the pieces of plastic in the duck fried rice and the undercooked shrimp. That's $50 I wish I had spent on used diapers.

Good first experience. Since I was by myself, I was seated at a row of seats along a bar type arrangement at the rear of the restaurant, which turned out to be fine.
Started out great when I found they had Singha in 21 oz size.
Ordered pork and rice, but they were out of suckling pig. Ordered second choice of Hainanese chicken rice. Chicken was well cooked (probably boiled or poached) boned and skinned chicken breast cut into slices and reassembled. Accompaniments were a bowl of chicken broth, bowl of rice that had been cooked with something else, (probably chicken stock), diced fresh ginger, chili paste, and soy sauce.
I must confess, I was not sure how to eat the dish properly, but I teied every combination and process I could think of and they were all good. I would order this dish again. Service was propmt, courteous and professional.

I'm Torn.... Pros: Cheap(er) food on the Strip.
No waiting if you're willing to sit at the counter/bar, which for lunch suits me just fine.
I like seeing Chinese-Americans and Cantonese people eating at a Cantonese-style restaurant. It says good things from the onset.
The Dim Sum Chicken Bao was especially good.

Cons: The noodles (especially the Penang) were greasy and although the meat was better quality than most, it was still sparse.
The waiters tried to rush us out of their so they could turn the tables quickly. I understand but no need to be rude.
Some Dim Sum dishes were too heavy and overly salted.

Not bad, but not to-die-for delicious, either.

Fabulous DimSum. This a fantastic restaurant for Sunday brunch w/Dim Sum. But my favorite dish at this restaurant is the Hianese Chicken Platter w/the delicious dippings and fixings. My sister also loves the Chinese Pot Roasted Beef.

Cheap eats in Vegas? Surprise!. Noodles at the Bellagio Hotel is a great (and economical) lunch spot in the otherwise expensive (and beautiful) Bellagio. While all the tables were full (crowded even late in the afternoon) we sat at a bar-like area surrounding the kitchen. Not much of a view but you could occasionally see the chef at work. Singapore-style vermicelli was the stellar dish of the two we sampled. The curry had just the right amount of but and the barbeques pork added just enough saltiness to season the rest of the dish. Scallions retained their crunch and the shrimp were hot and not overcooked. A beef noodle dish with flat noodles that could easily become slimy if not cooked properly, was amazing but just not as stellar. Oversized beers meant two cold easily split one and save a few bucks. Service was… interesting but efficient. The hostess was the oddest part… indifferent to the point of being rude. Fortunately you just have to get to the table, and all else is fine.

Order the Duck. I like Benjamin's review below. This is better than china town service and better than china town quality. If you appreciate Cantonese food you will like it. They do have the habit of trying to seat you by the kitchen door which is not relaxing. Just say no! If crowded, sitting at the bar is social and you get to see what everyone else is eating.

Let Me Say This Again.... It's a NOODLE HOUSE. It's staffed by Asians who act like traditional NOODLE HOUSE wait staff. Pull one over, tell them (quickly) what you want and wait. If you want a nicey-nice experience, you should have gone to Picaso down the hall and spent buco-bucks on the smiles.

Noodles is awesome. Best Mandarin Beef Stew Noodle I've ever had. Perfect amount of tendon and it's just cooked brilliantly.

They're open until 2am. Love it.

I loved Noodles. Food was great, service was good.

Very good!. Ordered the spicy cucumber as appetizer. Excellent. Had the spicy shrimp noodle soup as entree. Fantastic. Partner had chicken satay. Although the peanut sauce was nice and different, the chicken was on the dry side. Cantonese shrimp dumpling noodle soup was fan f'ing tastic according to partner.

Skip this one. Bad food worse service. I should have listened to the LA guy with the blog. I was craving Asian and it was late so we ended up at Noodles. We sat and waited 15 minutes before anyone paid any attention to us and when our waitress was finally ready to come over all she said was what are you ordering. No hi how are you sorry for the wait...nothing. Our food, on the other hand came out extremely fast. Only problem was it didn't taste like anything. And we didn't pick anything out of the ordinary...pad thai and kung pou beef. How hard is it to screw those uP?

We never got checked on after receiving our food and we had to get up and hunt down the hostess so someone would drop our bill off. We didn't ever see our waitress again. Never again!

Dining on a Quick Hunch. My friends and I were sort of in a rush to find a quick meal as we waited for a seat at Noodles. To our delight and surprise we found the Noodles was one of the best "Noodle" dining establishments we experienced anywhere. The menu offered us unusual choices that sparked our tastes buds. The service was exceptional. Next time we are in Las Vegas at the Bellagio we will definitely make this one of our stops. As food junkies we have what we believe are discrimination tastes.
Jenni
Good Food, Ok service. Our service wasn't particularly great, but the food was delightful.
Allison
I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are spending your day gambling at the Bellagio casino floor. ;) I recommend saving this restaurant for a weekday lunch, because I think Noodles and The Buffet are the only restaurants open for lunch service at the Bellagio on a weekday.
Alice Phan
I loved the design of the restaurant-front, the bundled pile of literally, noodles, hanging above the entrance. Upon entering, you are surrounded by everything of an Asian sort - Bamboo, Lanterns for lighting, Asian Rugs and quite a few statues.
Ken Allen
Located in the Bellagio Hotel is a classy, clean, oriental restaurant called noodles. We began by ordering a wonderful, reasonably priced California wine. We ordered the calamari (usually our favourite app). They were tender crispy and were accompanied by a delicious Thai chili sauce. We also ordered edamame and they were warm and nicely salted and there were plenty of them.
Franklin Park
The wontons were nothing short of spectacular. Fatty and meaty, the shui mai like dumplings gave this soup bowl some substance. Even the noodles had a nice bite to them. This bowl of wantons and noodles was surprisingly the real deal...
Joyce.
i have heard some good things about noodles prior to dining here, but this asian noodle restaurant situated in bellagio hotel is anything but delicious or authentic. the few pros is that it is nicely decorated with warm colors and asian-inspired decoratio
FOOD FOR BUDDHA
The XO sauce was very fragrant, however, not much XO "chunks"...if you know what I mean.

After walking around CityCenter and Bellagio it was quite obvious that I needed to go back to the room and sleep. But what about dinner? The quick choice we could think of was Noodles. It's an Asian restaurant where you can order and eat quick- casual din

Noodles at Bellagio. Food here was TERRIBLE! Nothing delicious. We thought maybe we can have some good food here since it's Bellagio but no!!! Not this place. DON'T EAT HERE especially if you know what the real dim sum or other Asian food taste like! This
