How can I explain how tasty fabulous this Steakhouse is. Hhhmm, like this, it was delicious and had that touch of fancy! The food was truly cooked to perfection. I had the 7ounce filet mingnon Oscar Style, oooooh yummy. Creme Brulee for dessert, mmmmmmm, best I've had. The service was wonderful, our waitress was so nice and helpful. We received a complimentary glass of Champaign for our Anniversary. Extremely classy if you want to have an experience go here. You can make reservations which is a great idea, but not always neccesary. Easily located and obviously you can park in the parking structure. I definitely recommend it to any visitor of Flamingos or Vegas!

Really enjoyed our “fancy” dinner here. We didn’t pack much besides shorts and we’re more than welcome here. Not so fancy that we felt out of place next to people who were more dressed up than us! The French onion soup was delish. We ordered steak and lobster which were both very good was well. Excellent service.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I haven't had food this good in a long time. You are served completely bread before the meal. I ordered the lobster tail with mashed potatoes and a wedge salad. The lobster was beautifully presented with crystal clear melted butter and a lemon with a mesh net protection. It was moist, tender and flavorful. I've never had lobster that good. The mashed potatoes were topped with light crusty bread crumbs. My boyfriend ordered steak, medium rare, cooked perfect. It was amazing! He had charred corn as a side, which was smoky. The cocktails were tasty and a perfect balance of alcohol to give you a smooth buzz. I couldn't stop thinking about how good the food was for the next two days! I recommend this place. Things you should be aware of: This is fine dining, and the entrees will reflect fine dining prices. Sides do not come with any of the entrees. You need to order those separately (about $10 each). One side order will feed two people. If you have the budget, this is a wonderful place to eat!

We worked with Jamie to make a reservation for 28 people about a month prior. We had a private room. This was for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party before an 8:30 High Roller reservation. Only 25 showed up and the staff was clearly miffed. They did not take drink orders as people showed up... I guess they wanted everyone there? We practically had to beg them to give us a wine list. They were also annoyed we were going to do separate checks, even though they were informed of this prior. If that was the only impression, I'd be giving 2 stars. As you can see, I'm giving 3. They added one person to the head of the table so we could all sit at one table. The food was pretty quick and everyone seemed to enjoy theirs. I know my husband and I did and we're picky and go out a lot. That said, we've had better steak for cheaper. Overall, the staff recovered after their backhanded words and sidelong stares early on. They handled a big group about as well as could be expected. We probably had 15 checks and that process took about half an hour.

Very good unassuming steak restaurant. Located inside the Flamingo casino. The staff here is every excellent and accommodating. This leans on the more expensive side but not too far out of reach. Around $100 dollars per person. Dress code is not heavily enforce so you can come casual. Food was excellent. Had the prime rib and shared a seafood platter for appetizer. Should be noted everything is a la cart but portions are shariable.

I was impressed with everything about Center Cut.This is a great place for a steak! It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I didn't like the mac and cheese, but my wife did. Our waiter was friendly and knew his history of Las Vegas and the Flamingo. One of the coolest things was the slide show playing that had all the old photos from when LV was being created.

We ordered the cowboy bone in ribeye- med rare. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It was definitely the winner of the night. For $50 it should be! Got the $35 lobster tail, thought it could have been a little more tender and moist for that price. Loaded baked potato was amazing. Crab cake appetizer was one of the best I'd ever had, and thank goodness no shell! Service could have been a little more attentive took a while to get their attention to get our check but all in all we did really enjoy it. Great for a fine dining experience for sure.
