Absolutely divine!, this place was beautiful inside and quiet and sound. The staff was very pleasant and gentle with everything that they lead their hands on. I could not stop talking about my meal. I drove all the way from Tucson Arizona to Las Vegas, Nevada on spontaneous vacation with my husband and this is where we ended up for dinner dressed up to have a beautiful evening and that’s just exactly what it was. I will return and I do recommend this place for anyone visiting Nevada.

My family and I were in the mood for some steak and was searching around the city for a restaurant that we haven't tried yet and stumbled across this one. We enjoy coming to The Orleans once in a while because this property has sentimental value to our family. We ended up making a reservation online and was enthusiastic about the time we were able to reserve at such last-minute.
When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hostess. We ended up having to wait about 2 minutes before being escorted to our table because we arrived way early than our reservation time. Regardless, I was appreciative that we were able to get seated earlier, rather than later. The service here was remarkable; from the moment we walked in, to our main server.
With respect to our entrées, we ordered the Lump Crab Cake, Beef Rossini Imperial, Steak Frites, and Bone-In Ribeye Steak. Everything that we ordered was great except for the Ribeye. I don't know if my taste buds/palate was inoperable for me that night, but the steak quality wasn't there for me. I'm not certain if this restaurant utilizes premium cuts, but it had the texture of "Choice" meats, vice Prime cuts. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't awful by any means - I still finished my entire meal...but it just lacked the quality cuts I'm used to at other steakhouses in the Las Vegas-Summerlin-Henderson areas.
The prices at this restaurant is very reasonable. I'm sure there will be some that complain about it, but if you actually visit other steakhouses in the valley, believe me, you'll appreciate the prices here. Overall, this restaurant is good; from the décor, the price-to-quantity/quality value, and the service, it is worth visiting. I'm interesting in visiting again because there were a few items on the menu I would like to try. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

During my visit to my brother-in-law's place, my nephew took my husband and me out for dinner at the Orleans Hotel. The restaurant had stunning decor and was spacious, clean, and bright. The bartenders and servers were friendly and made the experience even better. The food was exceptional, and although it was pricey, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas.

Went to the New Orleans to see a movie and tried this steakhouse beforehand. Food and service were good. Liked the atmosphere. Wasn’t very busy for a Friday evening. Didn’t expect to find this steakhouse at the New Orleans.

I've been going to the Orleans for years and can't believe I waited so long to try them out. Food was delicious! Service was great! Crab cakes appetizer is a must!

Although we were asked what they could help us with rather than how many for your table (likely due to the fact that it was me and 3 teens dressed in hoodies and shorts), the atmosphere in this place was devine and our server (Mark F) was superb! He was extremely mindful of my little ones for allergies and made sure to point out what she should not eat down to the bread. The food was a bit pricey but it was a wonderful experience and next time I'm getting desert!

Outstanding food and service! We ate here on a Thursday and returned on Sunday and our server Andrya remembered us, welcomed us back, and even remembered what we had before. You don't see service like that very much anymore.

Very nice steak and seafood restaurant with an excellent atmosphere, attentive staff and tasty food. Ate here twice, once with a group of 5 in a private room, and again with a group of 22 across two tables. Excellent selection of good and drinks. Not cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for! Recommended for a splurge.

We miss the Prime Rib Loft. However, Alder & Birch is good (same space as the retired Canal Street restaurant - below the Prime Rib Loft space). It is very nice inside, but still loud during busy hours. Generally, it is the same menu as the Prime Rib Loft, just on the main floor. There are a ton of steakhouses in Las Vegas, in and out of casinos, on and off the strip. If you're staying at this casino hotel and craving steak, this is a great option. Overall, we had an enjoyable dinner experience.
We have lived in Las Vegas for 15 years; Alder & Birch is a nice surprise on the west side of the strip.

Made a reservation here and had to modify it after booking. They were very nice and flexible. The food was outstanding and the service left nothing more to be desired. I know I'll be back here any time I'm in town. Don't miss out on thier amazing food selections!
