Coronado Cafe

I was here for both leisure and work. Happend to be in a rush and had 1 hr to meet the client. Here to the rescue was the most timely and efficient staff. I made it on time. Standing ovation to the staff. Everythinv was great. Every single time I visited the restaurant during my stay! Eggs were in point, served hot and tasty. Steak.. Depends on the cook, but usually 4/5 stars. The mini shrimp cocktails hit the spot every time! I still have to try the pancakes! And the cooked liver plate. What a variety!!! There's a plate for everyone, including me, yes I'm picky!! The bar for singles is pretty good. I felt that I always go good service. Honestly the only negative is the drink server wasn't as attentive. A small negative, I am willing to look away from. Still blown away by the service here!! 1000 x

Well here it is folks... the best food value in Las Vegas. They have steak and eggs with the full shabang for $6.45! If you want the OLD VEGAS style bay shrimp cocktail, that's just another $2.95. Midnight to 6 am late night special, but we'll worth the wait. Can get pretty crowded on the weekends and holidays, but they still offer free parking. Midnight special!

Awesome spot for a late night dinner. The graveyard special for steak and eggs (21+) is so worth it. The food is really good for the prices and you can even replace the hash browns for fries. I personally don't like their hash browns...it used to be better but now they taste weird. However, the only downside is that there is often a line to get in, but that is to be expected. Wait is often around 20-45 minutes.

Overall: 3.7/5 (dine in) There was a line to get seated at Coronado Cafe around 12:41 PM since they have these crazy price specials from midnight - 6 AM. My brother always told the family they had to try the $5 NY steak & eggs here which has gone up in price due to inflation but it's still very cheap. My whole family got the NY steak & eggs for $6.45 which comes with a side of buttered toast. You can choose how you want your steak & eggs cooked as well as what kind of bread you wanted. My husband and I shared so we got medium rare steak and scrambled eggs. He got white bread which was toasted perfectly and went so well with the butter. We haven't had a simple meal like that in awhile so it was definitely a comfort meal. The egg texture was good but it was kinda flavorless so we added some ketchup or salt/pepper. The steak wasn't bad. For the price, it's pretty dang good and worth the wait. Our server Lucio was engaging, funny, and looked so happy doing his job. He really makes the place lively so we appreciate his energy that late in the hour. Really great experience overall.

Can't beat a steak and eggs dinner, and at less than $7, it's a must!! Starting at midnight the steak and eggs special begins! Get in line early bcuz those who know will be there. On a Thursday (well I guess Friday 🤣) the line had about 50 people as we arrived. However, it did move pretty quickly, just about 10 minutes to reach the front. Warning, your full party must be present to be seated. They may allow you to stand off to the side and wait for 5-10 minutes but safer to have everyone in line with you. Ask for the steak "rare" to allow for a more tender steak- you also get hashbrowns and a choice of eggs and toast. Service is friendly. Can't beat it, just go!!
