We originally planned to eat somewhere else. When that did not work out, we ended up eating here. So glad we did. Such a great environment, great people and even better food!!!!

Had an excellent dinner here. Started with the shrimp cocktail and escargot. Then split the rib eye and sides. We will DREAM of the escargot, had such a lovely bread crumb crust on top. And the steak was well cooked. Our waiter was also so friendly and attentive. They also serve a killer espresso martini.

We were looking for a place to sit down and have a couple drinks before seeing a show in the Chelsea Theatre. We decided to stop in at Blue Ribbon since it's close to the theatre, and there were seats at the bar. Started off with a couple of drinks, a Mai Tai and Let Me Clarify. I was actually impressed with both drinks, and after looking at the menu, some of the appetizers sounded really good. We decided on the Pork Belly, and the Teryaki Meatballs. The plating of the food was really impressive, but more importantly the food was delicious. We ordered a couple more drinks and this time went with the Southern Gentleman. Dave the bartender made great conversation and was awesome. We are looking forward to going back and trying a full dinner. Also this will probably be our new spot to have drinks before concerts and shows at the Cosmopolitan.

As a former New Yorker, Blue Ribbon was my go to spot (and for a lot of chefs) late at night in Soho. This Blue Ribbon is nestled within the heart of The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and is an ode to culinary craftsmanship, and its fried chicken is nothing short of iconic. Walking into Blue Ribbon, you are greeted by an ambiance that strikes the perfect balance between upscale sophistication and a warm, welcoming vibe. The dark wood, muted lighting, and plush seating set the scene for a dining experience that promises both comfort and luxury. However, while the menu boasts an array of dishes that are hard to resist, the star of the show is undoubtedly the fried chicken. It is, in essence, a masterclass in how this beloved dish should be prepared. The exterior crackles with each bite, thanks to a golden crust that is seasoned to perfection. It's this delicate balance of saltiness and subtle spice that makes the first bite unforgettable. Beneath this crispy layer, the chicken remains incredibly tender and juicy. One could argue that the secret lies in the marinade, or perhaps the precise cooking technique, but whatever the magic, Blue Ribbon has certainly mastered it. The dish is further elevated when paired with their honey wasabi sauce, a fusion of sweet and zesty flavors that brings a delightful kick, making every bite an adventurous journey for the palate. Moreover, Blue Ribbon's commitment to excellence extends beyond just the food. The service is great. The staff go out of their way to ensure that each guest feels special. Blue Ribbon at the Cosmopolitan is a must-visit in pursuit of the best fried chicken in town. The experience is sumptuous, memorable, and undoubtedly leaves you yearning for more.

Our lovely waiter David was amazing and so sweet! I would come back to Blue ribbon for David and that lovely amazing chicken! It was my husbands birthday and i made a small note when i made the reservation and they paid attention and i didn’t have to say a word when i walked in, they brought him a birthday dessert right after our meal! They are on top of it! Thank you David and Blue Ribbon!

There’s a level of expectation when you go to an expensive restaurant in Vegas and I will say this, Blue Ribbon did not disappoint! We went during restaurant week and got to sample a number of dishes and I can honestly say, everything here was fantastic. The food was simply amazing, the aguachiles, oysters and salmon were all some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was hands down THE best. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfect for a nice dinner. Don’t hesitate to come here, I would go back in a heatbeat.

Wow! Sat at the bar for fantastic service at the bar and dinner. Tried out the 16 oz rib eye with side of mushrooms and was not disappointed. The mushroom order is huge so expect to share. Also had an old fashioned. Everything was excellent but the cocktail could be less sweet.

This was surprisingly nice. It is located in The Cosmopolitan casino hotel, but a long walk from the main entrance. It was certainly worthwhile the walk. The menu was unique and interesting and I couldn't make out the style of food they served. In the menu were things like oysters, fried chicken and rack of lamb. All of them tasted excellent. The ambience was casual to elegant and relatively quiet. It was great for having conversations over dinner. Staff was very friendly and attentive without being overly bothersome. Overall am excellent experience.
